Nemesis Prime redeco of POTP Optimus plz.

 

I'd like to see POTP Jazz retooled into Crasher/Fracture/Aileron.

 

It would be great to have a new Hasbro Slipstream based on Titans Return Windblade or one of the Aerialbots to keep with the combiner theme. As for new molds, I'd like Generations style Strongarm and "TF Cycbertron"'s Thunderblast.

 

I think it's possible we might see Longarm as an Iron Hide retool.

 

For Strongarm a better bet is the Rook mold. He looks like the male Strongarm already and we've only gotten the Swindle retool repainted.

 

I agree. It would look more like the character than the offroad mold.

 

I'd still like Piranacon, Monstructor, Sideswipe, Red Alert and Tracks before any other deluxes though.

 

I mentioned in the other rumor like thread... I was watching Titans Return this weekend and when Windblade goes to talk to Perceptor one of the times he makes an analogy that mentions something about Red alert. That show usually doesn't mention anyone that doesn't show up at some point so I expect they have him in the works and were dropping that reference to get people interested.


I am so close to buying Slug and Swoop again just to make a complete Volcanicus... I'm weak ... HALP!

If the Deluxe Insecticons ever get done am I silly for wanting them to ( this time) Match the original 3s color scheme? I like uniformity to teams and those odd colors of the 2nd wave would just jut out in my collection to me so much that unless they were say part of some combiner I wanted to complete I would likely skip them. Its why I'm not super diligent about chasing down chop shop for instance even though I army build Insecticons and he matches Shkrapnel pretty well shape wise.

I would love to see Grapple, Hoist, Bluestreak Skids and tracks hit as a new Autobot combiner... with grapple as the Torso he will have a bright color scheme.

Does anyone else think we may get an Astrotrain out of the Blast-off mold? He was one of Starscream's limbs in the comics.

Would anyone mind getting a non-tripling Astrotrain?

 

I always felt like Off-Road had a certain feminine quality to his design...

 

His art was a somewhat feminine pose, but at the same time Strongarm wasn't a stereotypical feminine shape aside from her lipstick. (At least the toy versions)

Not in the mainline, but there are all kinds of fun things I could propose for boxed sets or a potential subscription service.

Are you counting things that weren't at retail? Because we also have FunPub Tarantulas and Impactor.

You're right, but Off-Road's design is somewhat ambiguous it could look feminine it could look male depends on the head they put on it and how you posed it, at least that's what I think.

And Hound, don't forget him.

 

Maybe. But the mold doesn't really resemble Strongarm's fysique to me.
Rook maybe a little to stout for her, but it suits her better than Off-Road I think.
A nice in between would be perfect.

 

Well, now that the idea is in my head I am wondering if there are any heads that would suit that mold for Astrotrain. I am not a comics fan, I just like the idea of an Astrotrain that can combine with my bots.

Could be great. Some new shoulders and head, I can see myself painting it up as Solus in place of her. It probably wouldn't be revealed any time soon, or at least until after I am done with that project but even then I guess it would be weird for one of Solus's followers to look like her.

 

We saw this with the Torchbearers and Victorion. You can put a feminine head on any figure and it does a lot of the heavy lifting in that regard.

 

I'm not sure that would be true for Rook, Brawl, or Motermaster. The mold would have to have just the right body type.

 

We would've had exactly that with Motormaster had that option won the poll.  

Bear in mind I'm someone who believes "feminine" doesn't have to mean Arcee/Windblade forms.

 

Besides star saber, deathsaur and thunderwing, was there any other leader class rumours? Plus those 3 I named, if they are rumoured to be leader classes, does that defeat the purpose of the next prime vote?
