He has a combiner peg in his chest and a peg hole for a CW Hand/Foot/Gun in his foot.

So I'd say he's definitely limb capable.

I just noticed that Darkwing and Dreadwind are CW style. That... gives me the warm fuzzies. That gives my CW Cyclonus something to do.

Those are what you plug the Prime Masters into.
I'm pretty sure there's also a combiner aspect involved since John Warden said PotP encompasses all the gimmicks.

Curious that they didn't display him with a HFG.

Hmm... that one Skullgrin mode looks a bit like a foot...

Personally, I think it all looks good. Lot of people getting down on certain figs, but I'm excited. They're really going all out with the play pattern stuff, integrating across the whole trilogy. The updated designs are nice. We're getting a leader Rodimus with space van mode, deluxe Hot Rod, and a matrix, for Primus' sake! Really looking forward to see more.

Maybe someone touched on this already, but apparently Leige Maximo is a Prime Master and not a full figure? Am I the only one who thought they meant he was getting a full figure?

I said it in the other thread, but I'm interested in whatever they use that Starscream mold for that isn't Starscream.

I'm confused. Does Liege Maximo come with Skullgrin or with Dreadwing?

That seems to be what they can't decide on. Cause it seems like Skullgrin comes with him, yet they're advertising him with Dreadwind?

It sounds like all 12 original Primes are Prime Masters only (i.e. Titan Masters in pretender shells), no full figures.

Guess I completely misinterpreted that. Cause I read it as Liege Maximo comes with Dreadwind. As in, the Prime Master was Dreadwind. Cause it's not like we haven't gotten multiple figures of a character in a line before. Plus, if they do an event in comics, Dreadwind is dead so it could make more sense for Liege Maximo to just be carrying his spark around than him being alive.

From what i can tell the masters are going to be all diffrent but with the symbole of the prime where the face use to be, and each one is shorta a symbole and it means it has abit of there spark in it, that way they can get away with using the same symbole over and over on the back, kinda makes sense.

also the matrix comes out is cool, now we can have a matrix head

No the Prime Masters turn into the the symbols of the 12 primes. Skullgrime turns into Liege Maximo's.

Really hope that they don't force the combiner gimmick into every deluxe and voyager. I'm cool with them bringing it back but I was pretty tired of the engineering by the end of CW and I don't want to have that feeling again. Please, let it only be used for a select few figures.

I'm really interested in Rodimus, and maybe Dreadwind and Darkwing.

It does seem a bit like Power of the Primes is basically CW and TR combined, though.
