Yeah, I thought I'd missed out when I realized the alert for Blast Off came just as I was leaving the office to head home.
Then I actually checked Amazon.ca and saw that highway robbery price and ended up relieved.

It's taking forever, but I'll wait for Amazon.ca to actually list the thing for pre-order. I'd think the CAD MSRP would be $34.99 or so.

I ended up breaking down and buying Blast Off from Amazon US. It only cost $45 CAD once all was said and done. I don't mind paying the extra five bucks or so for the peace of mind knowing it's on the way.

I've already preordered P/CP from there, too, though I may have missed the boat on Repugnus

Hey so, I've seen reports that Blast Off's shoulders are mis-assembled so that they don't fold properly in limb mode.

I've seen pics of others who have different ones than mine, does anyone know if this is a wide spread issue. The proposed fix (pop them off and switch then) doesn't seem to be a good idea as that's a tight ball joint.

Man QC for them has crashed. Encore God Fire Convoy, MP41 ratchets and paint chipping, and now this. Wonder why HasTak keeps raising prices and continues to fall.

How? I tried the ball joints and it felt like that ball was going to snap off.

    I just did it
I guess the only way I could describe is with the care of a man who does not want to break his toy but the attitude of one who bought two just in case :)

Haven't seen one, but I did the switch. I lifted the arms up sideways until they popped off the ball joint. Easiest that way but also nerve-racking I suppose.

Mine were like that too. The switch wasn’t all that bad. Just pull it off while putting pressure on one side of the socket and it comes off with a less than medium amount of pressure. Took me a few seconds to do.

Finally got it, and that was the key. Just a bit of care to watch the ball for signs stress as I was tilting it.

Here is how I made mine prime wars compatible.
Also, not sure how I feel about him as an arm just yet. I still quite like jet off as an arm and shuttle blast off as a stand alone figure. I guess it's good I have a spare bruticus and now have two prime wars blastoff's.

I received Blast Off, w00t! Some of you said that they got their's with the arms reversed, was this just isolated to a few or is this more wide spread, cause I'm checked mine and others pics, but I can't find any with the arms differently, am I missing something?
