Nice, but I why not paint the "engine" block on his chest to be more like the original Powermaster engine?

I've done that before. That would require ignoring a lot of the molded detail and that wasn't the point of this project.
It's still mostly silver with black chunks on the side.

It never ceases to amaze me how much detail is sculpted into many Transformers figures, and how a talented individual such as yourself can bring that detail out! Thanks for sharing!

This is fantastic work. I plan on doing a repaint as well (though not to this level of detail and skill). The only thing I'd change is the white fender-- mine will be silver.

I'd love to see the alt mode for this.

Great paint job, Cheetimus!! Now paint the detailing on CW Swindle. ;)  I almost bought PM Optimus yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised that his factory paint job actually isn''t that bad. It'll make it easier to paint him up once I get him.

    Moisture has occurred.

Damnit, if I had the money, I would give you all of it if I could have every figure painted up like this.

    That looks incredible.

For those of us who haven't done this type of thing before, can you give pointers on paint, brushes, etc?

I might do that sooner than later.

Meanwhile I added alt mode pictures.

I can't think of the right words to properly emphasize just how amazing this looks. I'll just go for: "Absolutely phenomenal work Cheetimus!"

I wish I could do this level of precision, but I just shake too much.

The details you've brought out really give this guy a sense of scale! Amazing work!
