Posts not indexing fully for the search function?

    Hey guys,

    I know we have had some bandwith problems with search so that it has been on and off. I was wondering we also limited the indexing of the forum for search.

    For example if I do a search in one of the sub forums for a term it will show a few hits but not everything. I know that the search term is in more than what the search turns up because you can verify the term in a post that did not show up in the search.

    Has any one else noticed this ?

    Its always been that way. You have to give it limit, such as last month, last 6 months, or it will pick and choose results. Its a forum software limitation.
