Even the most dastardly villain needs a little help at times!

Picked up the Worlds Collide set. Fangry is pretty good, but feels half-assed in a few areas, namely the arm assembly. I really feel that they could’ve re-used the beast mode arms from Twinferno. Also, for an exclusive set that features weapons for the other 3 figures, a gun would’ve been nice. Hell, I would’ve been fine with Twinferno’s.

 

No idea where to ask this.. but anyone know a place to get a KO of MP soundwave? Christmas is coming up abd it would be a gift

 

Found this at a local toy store... first Unicorn Trilogy figure since I was 7 and had Red Alert and Skyshadow. For $50 and the fact that he is only missing misses which aren't really important to me, it was a no brainer. He needs a bit of dusting off

 

Slag has arrived and he's... okay. I mean, it's a well made and very solid figure with a good transformation, but a lot of that is lost on me seeing as he's my least favorite Dinobot (holding out hope that my favorite, Snarl, will be made after the movie 4 are!). His weird 90% shoulder build and all red head do him many favors in my eyes. But I'm happy to have him for the sake of having all the Dinobots and I can't deny that even if I don't care for the design, they really nailed him as a figure.




Also I can't lie, I set aside Daniel and completely forgot about until I was writing this post and I can't be assed to take more photos just for him   I think he works better than Wheelie though.

 

A Studio Series 86 Sludge is coming out next year as a leader class figure so it's pretty likely we'll get Snarl and Swoop to finish off the Dinobots.

 

Oh yeah, I've seen the listings & rumors. I'd be shocked if they didn't finish them off! They better not give Snarl as short of a stick as the 86 movie gave him!

Oh hell, I just looked and there’s four more! I’ll never finish this set!  

 

I miss mine. I had him, Prime, and Wingsaber all combined once. Use Wingsaber's legs on Omega's legs and his torso at the two upper pegs(?) And you get a neat look. On the arm it's like Omega has a wall breached. And of course Prime goes in as well for a cool trio combiner. I used to have the pics and may be burried in my posts. I'm pretty sure I posted them years ago.

 

Just got in SS86 Hot Rod. Overall I like it but it could definitely be better.

Like the surface detailing looks great but the chest just ends up feeling weirdly smooth because of it.

In theory the transformation is really cool but it doesn’t fully translate into a physical product. Like I love the idea of the legs but it just doesn’t fully work as a 3D object.

A lot of the tabs make me nervous because they are really small and also either clear plastic or going into clear plastic.

Overall I think it’s worth the voyager price but it’s definitely a conflicting figure.
