I found this guy at a wallgreens, all I need now is a hungr..but he's expensive online
finally picked this up off ebay since the price was fair. Considering a legends class evac to use in ot of he will fit for a head canon story im thinking of and may post on my instagram. Wish they had one for delixe and voyager sized bots.
No, we need a bigger Trypticon you mean.
Latest second hand haul. Megatron was picked up yesterday and Cindersaur and Skalor just picked up 1/2 hour ago. My G1 Firecons are finally complete and I’m now 2/6 for Seacons.
Either way... (only thing is that I have TR trypticon, but no metroplex so you can see why I want a new metroplex... right)
Decided to pick up Siege Chromia. She's better than I thought she'd be.
Look who finally rang up at his clearance price.
Yeah. The Walmarts around me basically decided to clearance out the SS Voyagers.
Not even a shelf ticket anymore.
Uh, I could use a few? What do they still have?
Yes, but Metroplex is expensive now while Trypticon get cheaper.
So a new Metroplex would be good for the price.
Nothing but Rampage left.
When they started clearance it was the Rampage and BB Optimus assortment.
A good haul from the toy store.
Even after all these years, I think of G1 Astrotrain as the definitive Astrotrain. Really it's because I like his steam train mode better than the bullet train version (and whatever TR's version was).
More Junkions for the tribe!
This arrived today:
One of the most intricate transformations I've ever come across, but worth it. Can't wait for the other four.
Picked up today courtesy of a gentleman on the Twitters. Needs a clean and replacement stickers, unfortunately - I don't much like most of the Toyhax set and I wish replacement stickers were available for non-Geewun bots. Booooo!!
Studio Series Drift and Studio Series Rampage.
I had this guy preordered and was ready to finally have a G1 expression of Motormaster.....except, Transformmission's Powertrain just now defines the character to me, as it captures the essence of Motormaster so exceptionally and combines that with an intricate and interesting transformation. As well, I think the alt/truck mode again captures the power and menace of Motormaster more than any other figure.
Power Train certainly looks neat, though he was based on an unused IDW design IIRC. I'm more of a toon MP collector so he fits that niche nicely for me! Only complaint is that the cab doesn't lock with the rear wheels of the truck bed.
POL came in today, in respectable time too. Sadly the rest of the Iron Factory DJD didn’t make it but I’m not that upset. I’ve got plenty to keep me occupied until then.
