Arrived this morning. Last of my main Wreckers - aside from Whirl, who I'll be building using Tomahawk and the Shapeways kit, and Rack'n'Ruin, who I'll be making using Gundam kits. Got him for £40, which is ridiculously cheap since he's usually around £80 second hand. Probably the last 'bot I'll be buying for a while as I lost my job earlier this week.

Recent acquisitions from eBay. G1 Powerglide, G1 Sports Car Patrol, and G2 Dirtbag. Gotta love a bot named Dirtbag. I don't know if Hasbro would name a bot Dirtbag these days (though I didn't think they would get away with Triggerhappy in Titans Return, but they did).

A little more than pals.

 

My local stores are WEIRD. Target & Walmart have wave 1 / wave 3 flooding the shelves as expected, but what I DIDN'T expect was Toys R Us to have a boatload of MP-10, Primus repaints, Velocitron boxsets... and this band of misfits in a sea of unsold RID, Scourges and Blasters. Just couldn't resist, especially since I had Reward points to offset the TRU Tax & basically get Shuffler free.

 

I was initially saving some money for either of the MPMs (preferably Prime, but I was checking for a Bee as my only BB was the DotM one). Despite this, I decided to go to a very small little used comics/toys shop to see if anything was interesting. They had tons of old Marvel Legends and Star Wars stuff, but at one point the solitary fellow working there asked if I had any particular interests, and I honestly answered that I was looking at TFs. He promptly redirects me to a few shelves near the back of the place, where I see a bunch of old Thundercats stuff and some Transformers. He asked if I wanted all of them for 90$. When this is what I got, I'd say that I got away with bank robbery.

• Generations Voyager Rhinox, all accessories, slightly loose chest hinge and hips. Otherwise perfect.
• HFTD DELUXE BATTLE BLADES BUMBLEBEE. THE WINGS ARE THE ONLY PART OF IT THAT ISN'T PERFECT, AS THEY'RE A BIT LOOSE. MAGNIFICENT.
• PRiD Voyager Thundertron, missing weapon, has foot/claw, great joints. Neat mold.
• Burger King Ratchet- fucking hilarious
• PRiD Beast Hunters Deluxe Soundwave, missing weapon, has Ravage, is kinda terrible overall. Not sure if it would be any better new.
• Animated Voyager Grimlock, missing back kibble flaps, has sword. This was a freebie, as I've already got one that isn't missing stuff.Still fine
• AoE Deluxe High Octane and TRU-Evolution (I think?) Bumblebees, former has his missile, latter lacks horrible wheel weapons. I always wanted these two, but I never wanted to get them by themselves. Almost got the TLK one, but this version's mediocre enough. HO one is pretty damn cool.
• DotM Legion Roller, didn't come with his playset, obviously. I can't imagine that he had any accessories as he is an accessory in himself. Super unique, weirdly adorable, and best of all, I didn't have to shell out extra money to get the Ark.
• (Presumably) One of the seven trillion versions of the Classics Deluxe Prime vs Megatron set, Prime has gun, Megs lacks his. Strangely, I did get his gun a while ago in an unrelated purchase, so I can probably just find that. Megatron sucks and Prime is only truly good in robot mode. Gimmicks are entertaining.
• Voyager RotF Starscream, missing missiles, but he's great otherwise. Fun figure who gets a lot of flak for not being the Leader.

I'm beyond satisfied. Rhinox and BB Bee are enough, but the others are cool too. Roller is now a dedicated deskbot.

I got him from the UPC look up with the hidden Walmart listing. I believe he is sold out now but you should definitely try. Look up his UPC on Walmart dot com and it should come up as "TBD"
