Okay so I'm thinking about buying the LG-EX Big Powered set and may try hunting down the LG-EX God Ginrai Exclusive. But is there anyone that thinks Hasbro will make their own in a few years?

If Star Saber funds, I think the skies the limit with what characters they'll be making.

    But that's if he funds.

I'd settle for shorter but denser construction. I don't give much care for height (I prefer legends and chug over MP scales)

You're right, I'd be fine with him being a little shorter as long as the individual bots are made like current figures are, at least articulation wise.

I’m curious why we’re going straight for TM2 Megs when we still have the regular Transmetals to get through first.

happy we’re finishing the season 1 cast though

hope the Energon monsters are new Predacons

I think TMII is more iconic than TMI, more recognition despite being shown less often

I would have preferred season two TM Megatron myself and the other TM characters.
But dragon Megatron is more of a money magnet I suppose.

I think the answer here can be put into two words: Dragons sell.

You guys do realize that Liokaiser wasn't any bigger than Star Saber right? So he should be roughly the size of a CW combiner in toy form based on how tall the HasLab is going to be. From what I remember of Victory there was no mass-shifting involved.

I honestly think that it may be as a companion piece to PotP's evolution Primal. We've already got Optimal Optimus (granted, several years earlier), so why not give a TMII Megatron to finally go with it?

Agreed, but to me, TM Megatron is THE BW Megatron. Besides, Hasbro should realize it's not like dinos sell poorly either. Two words: Jurassic Park. :p

    Edit: Or, y'know, Dinobots?

Yeah, that's where this all falls apart for me

LioKaiser is slightly bigger if I remember correctly, but this Star Saber is smaller than he should be (IMO), so a LioKaiser scaled to him would still be off compared to Predaking and Devastator.

Normally I'm a "close enough" guy when it comes to scale with these guys, but for me he's just too small in his Star Saber form.

Honestly, I don't think we need a new Liokaiser. The limbs from the cw set are just fine. We just need a proper Leozack and Jallugar.

And you think Star Saber should be larger than they're making him because?

    ^ this.

Imagine a Leader class TM1 beast Megatron in scale with Kingdom beast Megatron that doesn't suffer any more from GPS and would have blast effect ports on the backs of his hip boosters in roller skate T-rex mode. Damn, that would be the best.

Nah I dunno Victory scale, never watched it other than the stock footage Star Saber transformations. Be that as it may though, titan price would definitely facilitate denser construction of the bots in question so they wouldn't be quite as compromised as CW Devy's individual guys
