Forgot about those. Yea, the idea that Target only wants red figures for exclusives is as silly as the idea that Walgreens only wants medical characters (there's plenty of examples that contradict both ideas) and I'm not sure how those ideas ever even got started.

 

Absolutely, if anything, I'm more surprised at them getting a WFC Autobot rather than something under their "Cybertronian Villains" subline.

They do seem to have a preference for red figures, but just that, a preference.

 

Hey, word on the street still says that Kingdom Galvatron is getting repacked in next year's line, right? I'm thinking about cancelling my pre-order on the Kingdom one since I'm getting the Selects one, but I'd feel safer about it knowing that I'll have the chance to pick him up next year if I change my mind.

 

Am I the only one who would like SS86 Ratchet and Ironhide to be Voyager priced so we can get some alternate heads and effects parts to recreate the shuttle attack?

 

I'd be down if they came with blown out windows.

 

And even with that preference, it seems that the red colored exclusives tend to also be specifically tied with the red card (though there are some exceptions)

 

I believe the leaks did denote them to be Voyager-priced. We might get that.

 

Here is something I have an Idea of, Siege Starscream as the remaining Named Seekers, new molds for Windblade, with Slipstream as a retool (or vice versa), or even the previously mentioned Fanmade Transformers Initiative.

I could think of hundreds of Transformers Ideas. From the Lego Transformers from IXRollOutIX and other Creators like that to the Amount of Fanmade Transformers out there.

Also, Imagine a Build-Your-Own-Transformer, sort of in the style of Build-A-Bear, where you build your own Transformer. Sort of like Candy Toys. Except these Transformers are more for Model Makers where they have the pins, adhesive, and other parts included. First of all, they could come with kits that would make customization of your Transformers Easier (like Pin-replacement tools, screwdrivers, adhesive, painting tools, etc). Secondly, this could be for Engineering Programs in High Schools, where they can teach the high school students either how Assembly Lines work or the engineering behind creating a Transformer Figure. Finally, It would be great to include some exclusive Transformers for this line of Build-Your-Own-Transformers. Also, this isn't the first time they made Build-Your-Own Kits. They were licensed via Build-A-Bear. Would you buy a Build-Your-Own-Transformer Kit?

 

Afaik that rumor is still unchanged, you should safely be able to cancel it.

I'd love Ironhide and Ratchet to be Voyagers, the extra height could put them finally in scale and the extra budget could help the engineering as well.

 

So I had an idea years ago for a line of transfomers where the shell of the finger in alt mode could be removed and replaced with another shell to turn it into a different alt mode.

 

I know she's not exactly the most iconic character but a new, good Cybertron Override is the main thing I really want out of a UT reboot. New versions of Armada or Cybertron Starscream, Energon Scorponok, and Cybertron Soundwave could be really cool too though; the Starscreams because I just like both of those designs and the others for potentially repurposing as my G1/CHUG versions of those characters.

They'll probably need to be in order to be much of an improvement from the ER figures. I hope they don't make them too much larger though or the van modes will be way too big.
