I feel like Star Saber is going to be funded more easily than Unicron to get that Victory Leo tier passed.

Aside from Cookie Monster did every project get their tiers reached?

Apollux never worked for Hasbro to begin with.

that, and it's not going to cost nearly as much as Unicron did, so funding it will be an easier process

i doubt they will redo Battletrap. Be nice though…

They have Nightbeat, Hosehead, Siren, Fangry, Horri-Bull and Squeezplay as the remaining Headmasters. Target Masters we are missing Sureshot, Pointblank, Needlenose, Quickmix and Landfill.

Maybe. Star Saber is an obscure character in America so a $200 figure is a tough sell here. Media wise in the US he only featured in the most recent IDW comics and his toy was never sold here (man did I want one when I first heard about him). I hope their stretch goals are realistic.

You're forgetting that Transformers is a worldwide property at this point, and I imagine Japanese fans would be interested in a new Star Saber

Wreckgar leaked something too early, and judging by the radio silence by leakers since, Hasbro sent Laserbeak after their sources

I feel like Battletrap wouldn't be done again (at least for a long time) because they made Flywheels compatible with him so it feels like they were intended to be it for the time being.

Nightbeat, Hosehead, and Siren are coming.

True, he's not the most well known (I honestly think people would remember the actual SS sword more than the character) but enough in the online fandom probably know who he is that I think he'll get backed without too much trouble.

If this whole Haslab rumor turns out to be true, I would only back a project if it included Victory Leo. Otherwise, the MP is the right size.
Even if a potential Haslab Star Saber happens, I would wonder if it would include any of the fun details the MP has, like working landing gear, the slide down visor for the inner bot or the sword storage.

What did he leak? I've missed a bit. Was it Haslab Victory Saber?

For that kinda money it's gotta have SOMETHING, y'know? I feel like weapon storage and landing gear would be a safe bet.

I'm trying to figure out the costs, and I kinda wish I knew more about the character to make it easier. Combined, Star Saber is about Commander/Jetfire height, right? So what about Saber? Would he be Voyager or Deluxe-sized? Because I was gonna say Star Saber on his own could be $100 because there was that rumor of there being 2 Commander class figures to replace Titan class (which doesn't seem to be the case anymore).

But if it's 3 figures (at minimum) that combine I can see it being more.

Haslab Star Saber. There seems to be some questions about Victory Leo at the moment.

I found a screenshot from Victory that showed Saber was about the size of Minerva, Perceptor and Wheeljack so at least from prior knowledge I'd guess Deluxe

I hope ER Soundwave gets reissued and they'll add Buzzsaw, Overkill, Slugfest, Beastbox, and Squawktalk. I want the rest of his Cassettes, but I want them to be able to all fit inside the same Soundwave.

So that's at least 120-130, just from general retail prices.

Stuff like the Brainmaster and the mechanism (assuming it's like the MP's) would bump it up... I guess $150 maybe? This is all just guesses of course. It's just a question of what the rest of the price fills out...

Victory Leo is basically a Weaponizer, right? He just breaks into parts for Victory Saber?

He also turns into a lion and something that could generously be called a "jet"
