Post up either the saddest or most embarrassing ways you've accidentaly broken your transformers

Just today had just gotten in a brand new FE Prime Arcee along with a couple other items from these boards. Took it with me to open and mess around with at work. On my way to work I was involved in a car accident.

About time I remembered about Arcee, it was a bunch of pieces in the box rattling around. Never did get to even touch that Arcee.

I'm fine, made it through with a bruised rib and a cut on the head. Car my insurance is taking car of. Arcee though, I have to get once again.

 

I was about 9, I was transforming ROTF mudflap, couldnt figure it out and got so mad I went Movie Megs and RIPPED HIM IN HALF, I can post pics! Then I felt bad so I threw him against a wall.

 

glad you're okay dude, at least the toy (well, and the car) were the only things damaged bad.

i picked up my dotm skyhammer once and his tailfin fell off. just... fell off.

 

Let's see... Left my figs where the dogs could reach them and they were chewed up. Multiple occasions. A few days ago, I was taking apart FansProject Munitioner to tighten up his ball joints and it broke off! Luckily I had a junk'd warcry I could switch the pelvis on.  

 

One was I was making a video review of ROTF Skids and got to the part where you spin his backpack into place. One of the pegs got stuck and I forced it and... he broke in half. That sucked.

The other was I had first movie Leader Megatron on the top bunk of my bunk bed and he fell off of it and his left leg broke at the knee.

 

I was about 10 when I was playing with my some of my G1 TF's and I got up to get another toy, somehow lost my balance, took a step forward, and stepped on G1 Smokescreen. Broke his roof to bits. Realizing the results from my clumsy stupidity, I was deeply saddened to have destroyed one of my most favorite Transformers back then.

 

Literally a day after I bought HftD Starscream, I busted the tab that connects his left arm to his body. I fixed it later, but every time I look at it it makes me so sad.

 

I bent Bumblebee's arm the wrong way, and it snapped off. :/

After some careful evaluation of the toy, I was able to snap it back on, but it's not as...well-attached, per se, as the other one.

 

GPS... Gold plastic syndrome. Was transforming beastwars Torca and off broke the base of his tail. Mutant Soundwave too. My transmetal megatron has held up so far, but feel its only a matter of time...

I decided to transform MP Megatron out of boredom. I ended up ruining the connection for his left arm. I had to glue it and leave it to stick inside the packaging before I sold it. I think it worked actually. Before that, my mom bumped into my display and down fell Megatron, and the chrome lining between his torso and waist had come loose.

 

the stupidest break i ever had was recently, and I have no clue how i'm gonna replace it since KBToys is extinct now.  

Due to GPS I broke the right leg connector completely off of my Micromaster Superion's upper legs piece, so now i can no longer form superion (well, all the way anyway).

Human Alliance Skids. I accidentally left him under my comforter, which was hanging off the bed. I was looking for him, and I suddenly hear a crack. I'm like, "what the crap was that?!" Moved the comforter, and his wing was broken. Glad my mom didn't return the second copy.

Also, be careful with Arcee's head rest Sarge. Mine broke a few months ago.

 

I had all my Alternators & Masterpiece figures in a display case in my apartment, & I was doing something. Most likely cleaning or putting something together… & I bumped the case… & my MP-1 fell out. He was maybe 3, maybe 4 feet off the ground tops… but when he hit the ground… he blew into a million pieces. I had problems with him to begin with. I think that there was a factory defect in 1 of his legs because all that I would have to do is fart the wrong way, & he would fall over. Not that I would blame him with the gas that I get… but I was surprised how easily that he blew apart. It’s not like I had a concrete floor or something.

The irony of the situation was that I found a junker on eBay that I was able to use to almost build 2 complete Primes from. And I was able to resell the remains at a bonus. The MP-1 that I have on display was the rebuild, & I haven’t had a problem with him since!

 

I recently dropped my Heinlad and his leg broke off. Other than that I don't think I've ever broken any of my Tf's.

 

I broke Masterpiece Rodimus Prime v.1 by transforming him correctly... but then again, didn't we all?  

 

My version:
- take Takara (not hasbro) mp skywarp out of box as soon as he comes through the letterbox.
- promptly begin applying wing stripe stickers.
- while doing this, turn him upside down, lose grip, and drop him on the floor.
- the top 1cm of both vertical tail fins break off
- and the best part of the £70/80 he cost goes down the drain....

 

Way back in the day on the school bus I dropped my G1 Mirage on the floor and dude snapped in half.
