    Are you sure that's not just a concept art from DOTM? Because that what it looks like to me.

    So it's basically some guy just throwing around random ideas in preparation for the next movie without probably knowing what the movie is actually about or will need? Sounds about right for BayFormers.
    Must definitely be a BayFormers design then. :p 

    But yeah, no idea what it's supposed to be. It has tires but some of them also seem to be some kind of hover turbine. It's on water rather than a road. Are those tiny soldiers holding rifles on the top of it? And there appears to be more of these machines behind it going into the distance, so maybe they're linked together in a train.

    Perhaps it's supposed to be some kind of manned transforming perimeter security rover for the city.

    The picture is named 'CETACEAN' (although the file is named 'CATACEAN') so maybe it's supposed to be some kind of robot whale or marine mammal thing.

    Or perhaps it's a nod to the submarine from 'Man From Atlantis'.
