I'm already seeing this on ebay for like $80 CAD.

 

A magnifying glass and a nice hot sunny day can make this look in seconds.  For the weathered look, just leave your toy out in the elements for about a month and voila!  Save you the trouble of tracking one down and spending $$$$\'s.

I really don't need two ROTF Megatrons, but if I end up doing it, this is why. Well that and the nicer paint. Glad I'm not the only one making connections to the games with these figures.

 

They do need to extend mold use and there's really no other way. Especially since thus far the leaders are one and done. I guess it's not a bad way to do this. I can easily pass unless I come across an extra 30 dollar bill

Ones gunna have the dna BD head, one for the tank tank mode with DNA tank parts, one regular and one with the DNA arm, that way I can display the multiple looks

Cash grab? I bet you don’t understand a single thing about how a company stays afloat. They need to do repaints to make money for those new moulds everyone likes. Keep supporting those 3rd party company’s that just rip off Hasbro’s engineering, once Hasbro goes under from lack of support you’ll be the first one crying about it.

 

I know, right? Makes you wonder if they're actually gonna release another figure of the Fallen himself soon...time will tell, I suppose.

I also made the connection to the SEGA rail shooting games (Human Alliance and Shadows Rising), since they pretty much have ROTF Megatron with a damaged head as well. That being said, I also made a connection to the Transformers ride, even though it's the DOTM body using the ROTF cannon.

Yeah...I was actually planning on getting the upgrade kit for ROTF Megatron, but once I saw this one all semblances of that idea were gone lol.

 

If this is DOTM game Megatron then I'm gonna need some life-drain effects and some hatchlings. What a fun level.

 

New fallen and shocky would be nice but I don't expect them to happen considering neither transformed in the movies.

Well the actual constructicons never combined in the film and neither cogman or lockdowns crew transformed either so it shouldn't be an issue. I'm expecting a new voyager satellite Soundwave with Ravage next year.
