Hmmm, I speculated that the Pagani was Knockout last time, and was wrong, so not even going to hazard a guess.

Hopefully this one won't suffer the curse of the red car...

 

4 posabilities here for me.

1. Seeing the Silver Aston Martin and now this Red McLaren, could be the return on Swipe and Dino.

2. Stinger is somehow back.

3. Is another Combaticon

4. The rumor of female red sports car Override

 

Hmm... Cliffjumper? Knock Out? Override? A surviving Dino/Mirage? A surviving Stinger drone? Dead End? Who knows. Honestly, I think the best thing to do is wait and see.

 

One thing I find funny is, is it me or are we gettin a lot of TFs in red and black?

Driven by a robot but not a Transformer? Anthony Hopkins' stunt double? Is a human-sized or smaller robot or alien (Sqweeks? Wheelie? The Creator?) driving a human vehicle in this scene.

That car looks too good to be a simple automobile, it has to be a Transformer.

But as these films can be unexpected over identity, let's wait and see who it is.

 

They got to be kidding.

 

It could still be a TF that is trying to get Hopkins' character away from harm.

 

I notice in the video that the windows were rolled down as well.

 

not to be offensive, but some of the speculation here is just poorly thought.

 

This film seems like it'll be the most unique. Medieval, fantasy elements, robots, non TF aliens, Creators, Knights, Cybertron?? Damn, its like an epic film type story. Hmmm...Star Wars actually when I come to think of it.

Though I don't watch Rescue Bots, Alex Kingston seems like a perfect choice for a female Bond-esque character, and the name Quickshadow is a sweet name to boot.

Unfortunately, I'm not so sure Crosshairs is gonna survive this one... in order to keep costs down and screen time high, they're gonna have to eliminate some 'Bots to make room for new 'Bots like Hot Rod, though I could be wrong.

As much as I'd like Jazz to come back, I'm not sure it's likely, as it was said that they couldn't save him in the end of TF1 (though anything is possible in the Bayverse). We saw Brawl and Blackout get incapacitated, much like we saw Barricade incapacitated, that's why I'm holding out hope for some rebuilds/reformats - Brawl could stay Brawl, of course, but Blackout (not Grindor, he's sooo dead) could be reformatted as Vortex. Then we've got Microbus as a possible Swindle, so all we need is Blast Off.

The motorcycle strikes me as Ransack - maybe because of TF: Cybertron, maybe not, but I'm holding out hope that it's not just a one-off character, as we really need a good bike 'Con. The junk truck, I can almost guarantee will be a Junkion, like Wreck-Gar, but then again, it could possibly be Swindle as well.

They're saving a lot of surprises for us with this one, that's for sure.

 

Hmm... We're getting Hot Rod, Drift's new paint job, and now this new character... Well, there were a lot of red Autobots in the original cartoon. Optimus, Ironhide, Ratchet, Sideswipe, Cliffjumper, Inferno, Red Alert, Blaster, Perceptor, Hot Rod, Swerve... maybe it's a way of going back to the Autobots' roots, color-wise, on some level. Or maybe the design just looks best in red. Who knows?

 

How so? Dino, nor Sideswipe have been 100% confirmed killed. They weren't even seen on the playing cards in AOE, at least to my knowledge. I'm pretty sure KSI bots like Stinger can't be brought back, they weren't true Transformers, as they had no sparks. So that leaves who? Jazz was killed, and it was stated he couldn't be saved, Sideways was cut in half and destroyed. The Wreckers are a huge longshot, and Leadfoot's dead, so he's out of the question.

So again, how is the speculation poorly thought out? For all we know, they could be reformatted characters, though most of us would like new characters.

 

I for one hope its Mirage...diaclone color boom!
