This is really cool, and I\'m sure people will buy them, but I\'m just not one of them.

To those who are buying them, good for you!

I have no connection to the original Powerdashers. I don’t care for a Decepticon Impactor or a clear blue Mirage, so I can pass on Powerdasher Car.

I do think Brunt looks cool though even though I don’t have him yet. I like Sixgun, so I may well pick up Powerdasher Jet and Drill. I don’t need to have all three modern Powerdashers.

The other car also looks a lot like Arcee.

It was likely an option they considered, much like the Demolishor head on Onslaught that never came out.

I would still welcome 3rd party pieces to add to the jet-dasher for the vehicle mode accuracy

They had names since 2013. Just so rarely seen that they never got any time to USE them. And the names came from their Italian releases, so authentically B-Rated Sci-Fi

Cromar was in MTMTE. The other two actually had to wait a couple years for that Ask Vector Prime thing to name em.

Scorpulator would make a nice figure that breaks up into armour - the claws and tail and the core rifle body would work really well for that - perhaps more so than as a Battlemaster. Not that i'd dislike a Scorpion battlemaster either.

These guys are a nice breath of fresh air - I get so bored of the 1984 cast endlessly recycled especially when both lines are dong it at the same time. so I always welcome seeing someone more obscure or like the slicer said : "Is that someone new" as well.

I just hope these are not super hard to get.

I'm not quite that 'bored' of the 1984 characters - I tend to think of them as being from different TF universes - but it's nice to add other/'new' characters to the shelves.

I'm just hoping they get good molds. It's been a long wait, and I want them to be awesome.

The faces are pretty darn accurate to the original toys.

Cromar just looks plain weird. The drill was not put on right.

So here's Brunt in Tank form, who I got this week:

The bar under the front has a 5mm peg underneath that can fold up, you can see it better in robotmode:

I think it's needed for Zetar to attach the drill to the front of the vehicle mode, which in turn must unpeg from the head....

So the drill is a hat!

I'll see if I can find a drill bit with a 5mm peg hole to test it with tomorrow. I know Micronauts Microtron has one but he's out of reach in the loft.

    Thank you UW Nosecone!

    Something like:

    image.jpeg

(Nosecone's drill is loads fatter than the one here so the actual Powerdasher dill shouldn't push the toy off the floor like Nosecone's does)
