First G1 Hound reissue in the States, if it happens.

If this TF The Movie Retro Wal-Mart thing turns into an animation-style G1 reissue line, I’m all over it.

 

As a matter of fact, they do.

 

The colors remind me of when Magic Square first showed off their Hound last year.



Wonder how it'll look once it's painted.

 

Looks like Hasbro will be branching out with the character picks! I’ll be praying for a Mirage.

That is one weird line to me. It's accurate to neither the toy nor the cartoon.

 

That unpainted grey plastic really does not do favors for that figure.

 

Huh, Hounds is a fascinating choice for a third release in a line. You'd think Soundwave or Optimus would be next for a toon colors reissue, or even less major who's in RotB like Mirage

 

He's popular enough, it's just more like reissues themselves have never been that successful in the US market with the various lines always hitting a wall and eventually burning out before Hasbro gets to re-releasing more Autobot cars.

 

This is incredible. So incredibly happy to finally have a pristine G1 hound. KEEP THESE COMING!

 

I like how it looks. I hope this line continues with more re-releases and that it is like a homologous line to the 3.75" retro Marvel Legends.
