A $25 dollar Deluxe the size of a Core would have gone over even worse than the current blowback over the smaller sized Deluxe figures (Bee, Huffer, etc). Regardless of engineering.

I would still take it. Have it be bigger than the Core one and be like ER Bee, Warpath Huffer and Cosmos. But still smaller than a carbot like Mirage and Bumblebee. While this figure is cool, I wish it was a bit more accurate mainly having the wheel halfs on her back. But if this is the only ROTB Arcee we get this year I will probably get this. Cause she’s far from terrible (looks good), just wish it was a little more accurate.

Definitely possible but I feel like he meant only the vfx stuff which he might be able to show off after the film comes out since the film is not out yet.

 

What is it with these current designers and the robot mode hands being so visible in altmode? Arcee looks less ridiculous than most, if only because her hands are unpainted. But even Tarn doesn't hide his hands!!!

I mean, you'd take it. But the broader audiences likely wouldn't. Not to mention even at Core she's likely stretching the boundaries of the original plan for Studio (scaled figures).

A larger version would exist outside the Studio scale, perhaps in the main movie line like Cyberverse and now Earthspark Deluxes.

As for her size compared to BB Arcee...well, she shrank when she got her new Earth mode.

Let's be completely honest...I will be getting Arcee just because I have a problem and get all the Arcee's

 

I won't be picking up every figure for the movie but Optimus Prime Bumblebee and arcee probably just the few I will get

 

Arcee IMO is pretty bad. I think I might try and customize the BBM version to be more ROTB-esque. It’s such a great mold, especially compares to this.

And not even good audio dramas. They suck. Not that I wanted them to be good, anyways.

 

So for those upset about the core class, why not just use her studio series BB movie Arcee?

 

The BBM is. It really is one of the few officially produced Arcee's that does that character well. I was really disappointed by the WFC one's and didn't even bother with the 86 SS one.

 

Folks upset that this Arcee doesn't have a visor don't seem to understand how small her head is. Even if the designers didn't learn about the visor at the same time that we did, I'm pretty sure it'd be impossible to have a flipping visor at that scale
