Twincast looks very nice as a Blaster repaint and a Blaster that was reborn as Twincast in the headmaster series(After a quick tfwiki search to learn more about him)The gun could have been a different color because it looks funny to me. Rewind is also very nice. Can’t wait to have both versions of each cassette and bot. We need all of the mini-cassettes. I’m pretty sure we’ll get them all in the near future. I want a new Ramhorn and Steeljaw. And we need a earth mode Soundblaster repaint of Netflix Soundwave to go with Twincast.

Metalhawk is very interesting. I thought he would get a mold to himself but a Kingdom Cyclonus retool is quite a weird way to get this character to be accurate as it can be. He looks great. I don’t really know about the Japanese transformers series that came after the original series ended.

 

I hope someone makes Metalhawk his armor from the comics as an upgrade kit

Tbh in cases like this, it just ends up being an argument of what the show was trying to get across with its insanely low budget and inability to show metallics.

kinda glossed over it earlier, but what on earth is up with the yellow face on Twincast?

 

It's what you get when the Japanese anime look is iconic as it is. Considering that all of the JG1 toys have been very anime accurate so far, it's no surprise.

As someone who loves Gundam and all Japanese mecha, this feels like the right choice for me. Japanese mecha designs are on a whole 'nother level and I wouldn't have it any other way.

 

His face was yellow in the show.

 

It's toon accurate based on his Japanese Headmasters appearance.
