you know how to fix this a petition, simply showing the numbers, though it will take some work, we would need to post it on every fan site and all of us fans will need to post it on our facebooks asking our friends and family to sign and share it with everyone they know, it worked for deadpool lets do it for Beast Wars

 

Can we please not suggest violence over entertainment? I'm really tired of the things I like being associated with insane overreactions and calls to violence over dumbass shit. I just want sites where I can go and get hype about stuff without that sort of thing.

I know it's a joke, but it's a joke that ran it's course the second week of the internet.

Deadpool already had a script and testfootage. They had people excited to work on it and just needed a green light.

I do not want to force them to do Beast Wars without the right people on board. I'm not sure this is the right time for a petition. Let's see if someone ends up stepping up to the plate and bringing them the right script.

 

$450 million makes zero sense.

Petition or not, if that movie would seriously cost around 450 mil to make, that is a bad business choice. I know a lot of people love Beast Wars, but not enough to get it over 450 mil. Hell, Elita battle angel barely made its money back, and that budget was half of whats estimated here. Then take into account how he states such a movie would need to make 1 Billion To break even..... there are plenty of Marvel movies that can't even do that... It's just a bad Idea given this info.

Now one thing I think would make BW be able to come back is a spiderverse type of situation. use animation instead of the detailed CGI that's being proposed, and it would end up cheaper to make and less of an insane risk.

 

I love Beast Wars, but I feel like the demographic for it was a little too small for a live-action movie of it to be received well. I mean, if done right, it would be absolutely awesome, but the trailers would really need to wow audiences.

 

I think he's worried that animating a CG gorilla or dinosaur into a robot several times would cost too much but, come on how many recent films have had at least mildly convincing CG animals?

 

A Beast Wars movie would be grate. The last few TF movies were Not grate.

How many non TF fans were voting on that poll, and how many were spamming Primal SIMPLY because he was BW?

Also, how far ahead of everyone else was he? If you had three to chose from in the final vote, the winner would have only to get 34% of the split vote to win. That doesn't bode well within the fandom as a whole, but applied to the general populace it's kind of a dire thought.

 

I wish more people had that stance instead of routing for a Beast Wars or whatever movie in name only. Wasn't it the characters and story and lore the things that made anyone fall in love with Beast Wars? What would be the point if those were absent and we got Beast Wars or Beast Wars characters in name only?
