I found some of old Animated Figures Yesterday at some store.
I bought Voyager Grimlock, and there were Leaders Ultra Magnus and Megatron. I will got money for one of them soon so I want to know who is better. And Extra: Should I buy Voyager Lugnut ?

 

Magnus.

Lugnut is a decent toy if you dont mind the fact its tiny.

 

Forgot to say: Leaders are 50 $, and Voyagers are 28 $.
ROTF Leaders were 70 $, and voyagers were 45 $.

 

ultra magnus since it was harder to find in my area but megatron is the better toy.

 

Evil'Con: Neither. Buy Shadow blade leader animated megatron from me for 25$, and lugnut from me for 8$. Even if you pay int'l shipping, it will just be 15-20$ more max.

 

what about bulkhead?

 

Also Forgot: I don't have a single toy of Megatron from any Contiunuty except 2007 Legends.

This megatron I didn't like so much. He was shown as this perfect machine and I just didn't find any charm in that. The design is great but I already had more Megatrons in my wanred list so I never got him.

Ultra Magnus on the other hand is a unique take on the character. It makes me wonder if the 80's movie would have been better with Magnus as a more proactive leader.

As toys they are both great. As characters I like Magnus more.

Lugnut is great if you don't have the CHUG one. That one makes this one look bad. Otherwise just buy on discount. He does work great as Blitzwing's tag team partner.

If you don't have other Megatrons then yeah, get him. I'd just get both leaders.

 

Of course he was there, but he won't look nice with rest of Animated toys because he is too big, and I don't like that he hasn't got Wrecking Ball, but he has stupid Guns.

 

Out of the 2- Magnus

 

First: Ultra Magnus

Second: Bulkhead

Distant Third: Megatron

 

I'm voting Magnus. Be warned up front that Magnus has more quality control issues than Megatron, but overall he's the more interesting toy for me. Really though, you absolutely can't go wrong with Animated Leaders, they're ALL excellent.

 

All the Animated Leaders are great, but if I had to pick one, it'd have to be Megatron.

Megatron is awesome but the other two just felt more sturdy and in my opinion had better play value plus they looked awesome together.

 

A hard choice but I'd get Megatron first. By all means, do try to get all three or at least Magnus. But Megatron is just an all-around excellent figure.

 

I have all three leaders and i would rank them as such : Magnus, then Bulkhead then Megatron.

 

Depends on what you like in your toys. Magnus has the more involved transformation and superior vehicle mode. Megatron has (IMO) a better-looking robot mode and better electronics (hmm ... do the toys in Serbia speak the English phrases, or something entirely different?) and well ... it's Megatron. Both have some weird posing issues (Megatron's ankles, Magnus' shoulders, and the ratchet joints on both)

Personally, I prefer Bulkhead to either, especially after a little modding to remove that saw.

 

They speak English, of course but I am not sure they have completly same sounds, because they are European versions.
Only few ROTF toys were US versions.
*European versions are usually same, but with difrent packaging, and sometimes difrent clips. Not sure about Animated, but they look like US.
EDIT: Checked for Grimlock. US version.

 

I would have to say Megatron.

However, I'm really splitting hairs here - all three leader figures from Animated were fantastic.
