    Inexcusable. They are straight-up a dumpster fire on steroids. They must be paying someone to stay in business. Someone needs to pay to destroy them.

    I received the below email regarding an order I placed on September 5th (I was charged in full and have to date received nothing).

    This is clearly a fraudulent company, after all this time they still can’t fulfill the order, either because they never had the items in stock or all the overtures regarding revised customer service and shipping policies were BS:

    “We are unable to fulfill your order. I've gone ahead and requested a refund your order. Please allow between 10-15 business days for the refund to fully process. Once it's fully refunded you'll receive an email notification.
    Please let me know if you have further questions.”

    These guys are straight up criminals. I went round and round with them about a couple of orders this summer. They never shipped I finally got them to give me a refund but it took three months and a report to the BBB. STAY AWAY.

    Since November of 2019, I have placed 5 orders with them. I've had major problems with 3 of those. Over 70 orders with BigBadToyStore over a decade without a single problem. The last order was using reward points. I figured I'll use them and be done with the company. I ordered the figure on Sept. 14th. It hasn't shipped yet. With previous orders, I was able to include a co-owner, Ben, in my emails which seemed to get things moving along. Not this time. I sent an email last Wednesday to both Ben and customer service. No response despite the automated response saying I'd hear back. I sent another email today. Had this been a purchase using cash, I would have already contacted my bank. Here's Ben's email just in case anyone wants to fill his inbox with complaints: [email protected] I'm really glad the Four Horsemen dropped them. I had sent them an email 9 months ago saying I wouldn't order any of their product as long as they partner with the crooks at Megalopolis.

    I dunno if it helps, but that owner's wife has EXCELLENT ratings on FB Marketplace and usually has quite a few Transformers lol

    Had to join here just I post what they just told me about my order... been waiting 4 months and same BS about COVID and changes and empty promises that they expect to ship it soon....... and there reply:

    I'm very sorry for the delay on your order and the delay in our responses. We are now fully set up with our new system and Shipmonk is shipping out orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill any orders that were placed before November 26th.

    I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. We completely understand your frustration but because of COVID it has caused a lot of distribution issues and we will not be getting these items. Your order(s) will be canceled and you will be refunded. If you have placed a pre-order that comes out in 2021 this does not pertain to you.

    Please allow up to 20 business days for your refund to fully process. If you no longer have the card you paid with please provide us with your PayPal information and we can refund you that way.

    Seriously, this company is trash, and if you do business with them at this point you deserve whatever happens.

    I wouldn't be surprise if this company applied for the Small Business loan from the US government and probably got it, and most likely spent it on themselves instead of supplying people their paid orders...

    I don't think they even lasted one wave with them. I'm understanding of these crazy shipping times and look forward to more Mythic Legions.

    Yeah I had bad issues with them this summer finally went to the BBB and got my money back. First time I’ve ever had to do that with a company.
