    I didn't mean to imply you're being malicious towards them but I can see how you can read it that way. I can edit my post to reflect that if you want, I was speaking in a sense that I'm not taking this poor customer service personally. My bad. I only discovered all these terrible experiences the other day after I did some Googling about what's going on with Mega and I found a reddit post that lead me down the rabbit hole. Like I said, I only had good experiences with them in the past so I didn't really have a reason to search out more information on the matter.

    Same!!! I even sent them an email demanding that they stop emailing me, and got the same old expect delays due to covid bull shit automatic reply message! And this was after they claimed that they revamped everything! Such BS!

    It's weird how I see all these apologies and promises to no longer censor complaints, and then all of the Facebook comments mysteriously vanish...

    Anyway, my order from August 2nd and subsequent CC dispute was finally refunded about a week ago. Three and a half months is a reasonable time frame to deal with an in-stock item order, right?

    alex kept ignoring me my refund request
    they said 10 or 15 days but its already been a months

    Contact your bank and open a dispute with the charge to initiate a chargeback. Depending who you bank with, they may ask for you to forward your correspondence.

    I'd call the corporate number, not your local bank, and raise hell about it. Explain to them that you have been through all of this and that they're holding your money via theft by deception and see what the corporate level says. Sometimes the local bank branches are utterly worthless. Also, if you used your debit card, there should be a Visa or Mastercard logo on it and you can even contact them and see if they can hassle the bank to do something about it. Those logos on the cards aren't just there for show.

    I'm sorry your bank has turned against you. That really sucks. Might I ask who it is so I never, ever, ever do business with them?

    Wow that sucks. I think I've ordered from them way back in the days, but then haven't since for a while. This online store is sounding just like that australian online store a few years back.
