    In the past, I've ordered from Megalopolis many times, and I never had an issue.

    *sigh* I hate to dogpile...

    Anyway, I ordered a single figure in June - Galaxy Upgrade Optimus Prime. Perhaps it was a "hotter" figure than I was aware of (but is still available on Amazon), but it certainly wasn't a new figure.

    It took a month to get to me. And, yeah, I am certainly willing to understand the pandemic causing delays, but this seemed a bit... much. In waiting, I saw other things I was interested in, but did not purchase because I did not want to wait that long to receive them (though I did inquire by email, since my order was still listed as "unfulfilled" two weeks after I placed it, if I might add onto the order to save on shipping cost, and was told they could not add on to an order, and my order was set to go out a "early next week"...).

    I recently ordered the DNA DK-13 upgrade kit for that figure. There is a strong possibility, even coming from China during the pandemic, that the kit is going to get to me faster than this order.

    I'm a reasonable guy. I'll give them another chance at some point, but not for a while, and I'll have to think long and hard about it.

    I bought Snapdragon and a NECA Leatherhead from these guys over 2 weeks ago. No sign of shipping...
    Won’t be ordering again

    Hmm. I just got a shipping notice. Too bad I bought the same stuff from a different retailer a month ago and now I don't want it. I guess filing a Paypal credit dispute worked.

    Now I don't know what to do.

    If you bought the stuff from Target/Wal-Mart you could return the Megalopolis items to those stores. That’s my plan when/if they ever get around to shipping. I had thought about filing a dispute but I decided to see how long I end up waiting. Either way they’ve lost me as a customer permanently, as well as several of my friends, and I will never buy any of their figures if they make it to production. I’d LOVE some Battletoads figures but it’s more import to me that they never get another cent from me.

    Update. The brand new Atomic Breath Godzilla figure was missing from my shipment. They said they could not fulfill my order. So they offered me $22 in store credit or a refund that I am not sure if the full amount.

    This only furthers my questions and anger.

    So they shorted you an item you paid for without notice, and then offered less than you paid in exchange for their mistake? Am I reading that correctly?

    Dang, how do they not notice that or care about it before putting it in the box?

    Meanwhile I’m closing out week 4 of waiting for them to ship my item. I think they took me off their mailing list as I haven’t gotten any advertising from them in almost two weeks...ever since I replied to their Madballs shill saying I was interested in their Battletoads until they shit on me as a customer.

    Starting week six with no shipping. The week before last I emailed them asking if I could at least get an update and they replied saying “We can ship it next week”. :rolleyes2

    Oh and I forgot to mention. I tagged them on Twitter, nothing too derogatory, no swearing, name calling or anything like, just stating that my order has taken forever and they didn't have in stock an item that was hot off the truck for 4 weeks so they did this.... upload_2020-8-24_12-17-3.png

    After how long it took them to ship me "in stock" Sentinel Prime and Scrapper I wasn't in any hurry to try and order anything from these guys again but since the Spy Patrol 4 pack is tricky to catch in stock at the other places I trust I rolled the dice and ordered from them again. $11 dollar "2 day" shipping being the only option I was given when I ordered on Aug 17th and it's now the 24th and I haven't received any confirmation that my order has shipped yet. I'm not in any particular hurry for them but it is frustrating to see that they still haven't changed their ways of charging people before being anywhere close to shipping. Anyone want to make any guesses on when I will actually receive my order?

    They should be shut down. This is ridiculous. It just gets worse and worse. I'm seeing ZERO positive reviews as of late.
