I joined this forum because I found this toy cleaning out my shed. I have looked around online a bit and can't seem to identify what this toy is. Is he an Optimus Prime?

This is a smaller toy. The bottom reads C) 1988 Hasbro, Inc. C) Takara 1988 China.

Thanks all for your help and time!

Ahh. So he is. Thanks for the help. Looks like he's not worth much $$$ but still a nice find for cleaning out the shed.

If he'd been released these days he'd have been in Optimus Prime colours and had at least an Ultra Magnus and Nemesis Prime repaint within a year.

    he looks kinda cool.

I'd keep it if I were you.
Even if you aren't into transformers.

Overload was one of my favorite micromasters...looks like yours is in good shape and just missing the piece that flips up at the front of the trailer to plug into the little pegs on the end of the guns.

Friend of mine had that when we were kids. I loved it.

Hmm... they should do an homage in Universe of him. Repaint Armada Overload into him.
