    That's a bit unfair on Megatron, with Optimus being significantly more powerful from the outset! This would have worked much better, and echoed my childhood, if Optimus had been a SNES :D

    and then hot rod could of been the playstation, that came in, after being first developed by both nintendo and sony, to only betray nintendo, by getting in the way! :lol

    Agreed!!! What the hell, giving Megs the short end if the stick with a previous generation system... Or Megs should've at least been a Sega Saturn.

    Cool! Especially because I own both. So I could present them all in front of the real deal. Only problem is, that I would need to find a place for the PSX again...

    F#ck. Optimus shouldn t be compared to the PS1. It s story would only fit to the charakter of Starscream!
    Even the colorsheme.

    I'm assuming Nintendo wanted no part of this, thus why Optimus isn't a Super Famicon to Megatron's Mega Drive. Maybe Megatron should be a Sega Saturn instead? :D  I can already see the 3rd party upgrade kit :lol
