Kat from Gravity Rush, and Emmet Graves from Starhawk will be DLC released in 2013. They'll be free for the first two weeks of availability and then they'll be paid content.

There will probably be more DLC characters in the future. Both Kat, and Emmet will have their own story cutscenes, and rivalries.

Enjoying this a lot more than I thought I would. Ratchet and Clank are becoming my favorite. I love that the characters control almost like their game so learning them feels natural.

This game is inspired lunacy, watching Chop Chop Master Onion battle a giant robot while Kratos and Sackboy duked it out was glorious.

At first I was getting frustrated by all the minor little problems, but then I started playing Heihachi.
While the issues still bug me (Kratos and Radec nigh untouchable to Heihachi in a one on one match), I find myself having fun with the game again. I might still be playing by the time Kat and Emmett are released.

So i played the full version at a friend's house. It's fun to play but the story modes are kind of rushed and there is really nothing to unlock expect for useless taunts and costumes. I like playing as parappa.

I don't get why you're so obsessed with unlocking stuff in Fighting games.
One of the biggest problems I have with the Smash bros series is that you have to unlock 50% of the roster...

I don't mind unlocking stuff, but yeah, it was too much at times in Smash, especially melee. Having to play 20 hours just to get the chance to fight Mewtwo was pretty crazy if you ask me.

There's a difference between just unlocking stuff, and having to unlock the characters, imo. Costumes, taunts, and other superfluous stuff is fine by me.
As for Smash, yeah, Melee was the worst in this regard. At least Brawl had the Subspace Emissary to alleviate things.

I tried it yestreday to see what it waz like. It had more of a fighting game feel than Smash, but not as much of game of an average joe party game. I'm playing some more later or today.
