Wah, you guys get so many good sales :(

Australia doesn't even get all the sets, letalone for a good price haha

I've only ever seen a single sale, and that was on the duo/combo set at BigW.

    -EDIT-

lol just checked online, and BigW has a sale on the smaller sets now too, yay. Will have to buy a few Sabres and maybe another Scythe (no Tridents or Gladius sadly, they never made it to Aus)

Bought another 2 Sabres, 2 Lances, 1 Scythe.

Looking forward to the new sets - hopefully they'll release soon.

The 6 new sets are up for preorder

Hopefully this link works, Amazon doesn't make it all that easy to see the new stuff.

    Amazon.com : snap ships

I need an army of spider mechs now.

Hopefully Amazon Australia will start listing them soon, they're usually a bit slow lol
I wonder if shops here will get any in? Snap Ships first wave was quite rare here... only had a few of the models at BigW.

I quite like the Claymore. I'm glad, too. I hope they start including more gimmick features, like spring loaded parts :D  (not just missile launchers, but things like wings, hinges, landing gears, etc.)

    Another experiment in combination:

snap drone arm 1.jpg What have we here?
snap drone arm 2.jpg A new Komplex drone, perhaps?
snap drone arm 3.jpg Wait, something's up ...
snap drone arm 4.jpg Well; that can't be good.
snap drone arm 5.jpg Um, I think he's seen us ...

I bought my son a Sabre and a Scarab for his birthday last fall; try to drum up some interest before Christmas. Got him a few more for Christmas but the only one he opened was the Gladius. Got tired of waiting after suggesting to him to open some anytime he said he was bored, and opened the rest today, along with the pair of half-priced Tridents I bought today. I've decided they're all mine now.

Scythe ($6.99), Lance ($6.29), and Gladius ($19.99) are also on sale for Amazon Prime Days if you have a prime membership. Trident and Scorpion above do not require a prime membership. At that price, it's cheap enough to buy multiple sets. With multiple sets, I can now create "Snap Beasts". I was able to create this dragonfly using 4x lances.

Yeah, global shipping is currently a bottleneck because of pandemic-related delays; it's why Playmonster hasn't set a firm release date, or even formally announced Wave 2 yet.

Yeah; I got 2 emails about approving keeping my presales active with them, and the one for the skimmer they just outright cancelled the presale. Apparently, have to keep an eye out for when that one becomes available.

On the Entertainment Earth website, it used to say "Coming in August 2021" for wave 2. Now it says "Coming in October 2021". At this rate, I just hope that wave 2 is available before Christmas.

It's sad to see Snap Ships at half price clearance on Australian shelves, and they're not selling :(  But I don't think they did any marketing here? So no one knows about them.

Meh.. it's sadder that in some country like mine, they never didn't show up in stores at all, and the few that I saw on Amazon.ca where easily double the price of Amazon.com. So I never bothered and "lived them" via this thread.

For all the potential they had, they missed the boat in many ways.
