Ok cool.thanks for the heads up. I'm.mostly interested in a 4 pack for $160 of Bone strike, Jetstrike, Desolator, & Bloodbath (love the names good job on the names PWTT!) but that's WITH their tech drones. Someone should tell them NOT to turn them into "arms microns" they looked really cool and an integral part of the whole gimmick and premise.

Yes I completely agree. The wings need to be redesigned for sure! At bare minimum they need to be pegged in lower

Really hope this Kickstarter gets funded; Jetstrike looks good. I like all the options they give for kinda customizing figure. Now just have to wait for the four color schemes to be revealed. I like that he'll have both null rays.

The Null Rays should be smaller and more proportionate with the rest of his body but they are cool. They should have a double null ray for one hand or a machine gun option. I hope Play with this knows what I'm talking about

Oh, just to remind people i had written up a Champions RPG character sheet based on Jetstrike suring the first Kickstarter. It's still available, but I will have to add some features now found in this figure like the shield options for the wings, which is really cool. I might also add that he has animal riding skills, since, he seems to like riding them.

I'm liking this direction more and more than the monsters.

The wings look a little weird, but beyond that this is pretty cool. I don't like Starscream having such a bulky body, but since it is based off of Grimlock's body what can you do?

The wings do look a bit different. Remind me of Armada Starscream.

As for bulk, Pretender Starscream was pretty beefy.

Overall I think it looks pretty neat, especially with all the accessories. However, I'm not sure I like the aesthetic in the hip area.

I think the bow-leggedness of the figure might be because the ball joints are probably loose. I handeled the Desolataur prototype, and you had to set the legs right or they would fall like that. It's because the prototype material doesn't have proper friction as a ball joint, unlike real plastic. So while this is an approximation of the final toy, it won't stand in poses the way the plastic toy will.

Compare the render to the figure, it's not standing up straight.

The three prototypes are at TFexpo this weekend. I notice that here and in the above picture Jetstrike is propped up on a clear plastic box. I'm guessing the prototype cannot stand until it gets paint on the joints, because the joints don't have enough friction as prototype material. Once they get paint they seem to stand fine.

Robot 'Starscream' head on Jetstrike should be smaller to help with proportions as well as give the illusion that there is a robot wearing armor.

I believe in their fiction the "robot head" is a battle mask the human wears. So the human head is inside the robot one for this guy, not the other way around.

Maybe it's angle of the pics but the shoulders on Grimlock and Starscream look off. Like their drooping or slanted awkwardly.

I think the joints on these new prototypes are not particularly tight.

Oh, news from Play With This Too about the unpainted figure set for customizers:

.....is it just me, or does the head sculpt look very similar to a very thin, non smiling Christ Latta with more hair? As the eyebrow shape, nose, and general feature positions are pretty accurate to images of the actor that are currently available online.
I would be very curious to know if this was intentionally intended to resemble him as a homage to the late actor.

I have heard about a dozen people saying they recognize the head as DIFFERENT actors.
