I didn't see a thread for this, and I always like to hear what people have planned for the weekend- because you never know what might be going down, and who knows: You might be able to go.

That and sometimes it exposes you to new activities and hobbies.

So I thought it'd be cool to post our weekend plans, and see how we spend our precious days off. ^_^

My plans for this weekend: 04-08-17

I'm gonna run out to my parents house, and pick up a bunch of stuff they no-longer use/said I could have:
Bags game equipment (that game with the bags, boards, and you toss'em to try and get'em in the hole)
    Old tiki torches
    An old fire pit

I wanna have people over, drink some beer, and chill around the fire while we play bags by tiki torch light. Hopefully the weather permits it. ^_^

Mine are writing applications, calling a former colleague for a job offer he has and tomorrow watching the new Underworld 3D Bluray with friends and before that either watching Walking Dead or going to the spring fair. And doing my chores at home.

Ah the Spring fair, elephant ears and people wearing leggings who shouldn't be- always an interesting experience. lol

I watched 1 episode of Walking Dead, and surprisingly: It didn't hook me. It's been on for a while now, and I'm still not into it.

I personally can't wait for my town's local market to open up again- because we have tons of home baked goods sold there + lots of local BBQ stands go there too, so you'll be able to get 2-3 different kinds of hot dogs, a fresh bubbly steamy cheeseburger, and brisket- mmmmMMMMmm...can't wait for it to start up again. ^_^

I'm totally with ya on that one.

I just had a 2-3 minute discussion with the president of my company, and I need a safe space....that guy scares me.

It's those eyes man...they pierce your soul and search for every sin you've ever committed- it's creepy.

Even if I am the owner/CEO's son: That doesn't exclude me from the rules. That doesn't automatically shield me from punishment.
Just like anyone else in this office, if I fail: He can cut me too- and that scares the SHIT out of me, you have no idea...

It was only 2-3 minutes, but it felt like 2-300....he's a god in this office, he can wipe us out at any time- unbelievable power.

Damn I need a drink. lol

Saturday: heading out to watch Going in Style. Then I drive around looking for yard/garage sales. Buy a bottle of Jack, come home, dress to impress and head to Bricktown OKC

Sunday: cutting the grass in my backyard, clear out the garage, install a few air conditioners, give my dog a bath, drink a bottle Jack, play video games.

Saturday: riding my bike downtown to pick up some Gunpla kits I pre-ordered, a disposable wet palette and finish off a Gunpla kit (only 40% done)

Sunday: again more bike riding and probably vacuum the basement floor

Taking long walks to go watch the sakura cherry blossoms in full bloom (which are beautiful) with my wife and pooch. Go to the gym and work out. Play with my toys (Masterpiece Transformers especially) and reorganize some of my display shelves. Catch up on sleep and some of my shows.

Well today's items went off well: got wife and children out of house, vacuumed house, hooked up surround sound system after testing and checking and then made food for my family's glorious return. In between these items I have played WoW also. Now I'm going to pour a glass of vino, get a bag of twisties and watch Rogue One.

My sister and I are huge fans of The Fast and the Furious movies and we do plan to watch it soon but the theater I normally go to (Southeast side of Oklahoma City of crossroads mall with a toys R us across the street) has seats that I'm comfortable with but my sister had a car crash a few months ago and damaged her left knee and those seats cause pain to her knee so we are going to another theater in Moore with way more comfortable seats.

And we waited so we wouldn't have to deal with the crowd on the weekend release.
