Dare I ask if you will have any plans on making soundwave, megatron(both wfc and foc) shockwave and/or other transformers? Your designs of the previous releases are very genius and everything else is cool, hopefully you will answer my question.

Because we need yet another Optimus or Megatron . I can think of many other figures I'd rather have that haven't gotten great figures yet.

But if i could get a good chug voyager Megatron with a Cybertronian tankmode i would never have to buy another Megatron.

 

Um. I would assume this is FOC Megatron to go with Jupiter, their FOC Optimus. Just like MT did a matched set of OptiMegs in their cross dimension line, like GC and GT are both doing matched IDW OptiMegs, like Spark Toys are doing a War Within Megs to go with their Alpha Pack War Within Optimus. TW will have Ox megs to go with their OxOptimus Primorion. There's a whole bunch of companies who have been doing matched OptiMegs pairings to homage a whole range of designs, and they have almost universally been acclaimed by fans and successful in sales.
But hey, YOU don't like this direction so let's make sure they trash all those successful products.

And I hope he is in big voyager scale or small leader class. At least in same size with Planet X Vulcan.

 

I prefer him at ordinary chug voyager sizeas opposed to these made up voyager sizes 3p companies have been ploying.
But i do hope he will be in off-white.

I think saying Megatron is "next" is a pretty misleading title for what PX actually said.

The WFC design might be enough to get me to buy this and their OP (I am skipping non-Dinobots from PX so far). The FOC design would be okay, though.

 

I'm OK with that... especially when PX stated that only Megatron "FROM THAT LIST" is planned. Doesn't mean they're done with FOC (I hope) in general, which is obviously great news.

 

Hoping for FOC because that's the superior design.

i don't really see PlanetX moving AWAY from the WfC/FoC aesthetic anytime soon. They've dug themselves an impressive niche in the market.


sidebar- i would pay GOOD money for a PX version of FOC Bruticus. I think THEY could finally get it right...

 

it's not like there's a lot of players in the FOC arena, and we know that's Planet X's wheelhouse. Don't really see this as a wasted effort.

 

I don't mind people getting their figures, I'm just tired of them all being Optimus and Megatron variations. Between 3rd party and Has/Tak, I have almost as many Optimus and Megatron figures as I have other characters.
I appreciate people want Foc megatron, but there are so many of these two so often now I'm getting sick of it and was expressing my opinion.

 

keep in mind, techincally the wfc design is also a foc design, foc shows megatrons body change whereas primes in unexplained

Agreed. They only said it's "planned", they didn't say it's next. After Trypticon, it's more likely the next one will be an Autobot.
