Hey guys, I recently bought this guy and received him today. The moment I got it out of the box his right antennae snapped off. I glued it on and seems to be working. I bought him from bbts, and was wondering if they would give a replacement head? The reason I'm asking here is because I'm not sure if they'd help because I broke it, instead of it being defective. Is that something they usually do?

 

Most of the 3rd party companies will replace parts if you contact them. I have never dealt with planet x, but Mmc only charged shipping for parts even when I broke it. I would try BBTS first though. They will probably work with you.

I'd try BBTS. Just explain what happened. I once broke the connector on a combiner hand because the instructions were confusing and they sent me out a replacement.

 

I emailed them last night explaining what happened. I got an email back from them saying they'll get to me on monday, what with today not being a business day and all. Thanks again for the help.

 

UPDATE: They're not gonna give me a new head but they did offer to send me a shipping label to replace the figure. I can live with the fix I did, so I'm just gonna keep it. Plus I just don't feel like going through that whole shipping deal anyways.

 

Just got mine in today. Anyway of pulling out his side horns after pushing them in ?

 

I would contact planet-x directly and get a new head honestly, and if they can't help then I would take bbts up on there offer because I would rather wait for shipping then have a broke part myself. But either way good luck and hope it works out.

 

How does Saber scale with IF figures?

the little one? from what i remember his joints were pretty good.

i mess with star saber quite often but the small form i hardly ever touched.

Anyone who has both the Flame Toys version, and this figure? Are you able to take the head off the FT version and attach it to PX’s?

On that note, anyone happen to have a broken FT version and want to sell just the head?

i meant in the entire time i've had the figure i've only played around with the little one a couple times.

 

I don't think it's possible.

The head on the FT version is connected to some electronics.
