I have the first release of Apocalypse with the extra six LEDs. Does anybody know what you're supposed to do with the extra lights?

I've put one in Pluto's cannon, which looks good in tank mode, but don't know what to do with the rest. Spares?

I know I’m late to the party, but I had never seen it in it’s base mode before those pictures, and now I can see why...

It’s AWFUL, none of the bot mode is even attempting to hide, it just looks like he’s lying on his back with his dingus pointing straight up into the sky...

I love the bot mode. The bot mode is great. But the alts are just so terrible that they turn me off the whole thing.

 

EXTREMLY doubtful. They were not pleased with Apocalypse's sales (not that they lost $$ on him, but they were not pleased). It is highly unlikely they will do another large fig like this for a good while and with some very hard core serious convincing.

Still a great figure, but I would have enjoyed it A TON more if it was bigger. I keep mine in Nemesis mode because it looks bad-ass and bigger that way.

 

And with all the "problems" fixed hopefully.

 

Does anyone know how long the batteries last? I'm now a very proud and honored owner of an Apocalypse and I want to make sure I get some good mileage out of the lights or if I should avoid using them altogether since it looks like it'll be tough to change them when they die.

Milage varies. They don't develop the batteries, so you're at the mercy of the ones they supply. That being said it all depends on how often you use them with the obvious the more you use the quicker they will deplete. However, they are easy to replace (both in finding them and actually replacing them into the LEDs).

 

Glad I checked this thread, I've been really thinking about buying this guy and I wanted the battle damaged version. Is that really what everyone got?
