7.25in to the top of the crest. Maybe TFSource measured vehicle mode? He compresses pretty well.

Does anyone know if anyone does an alternate head for this. I quite like the overall design for my IDW/Cybertronian shelf, but that noggin... yeeesh.

I just received these two from BBTS (they had em on pre-order sale). I gotta say, at $80 for the both of them together was a friggin steal.

Damn. I paid $90 for just Ratchet when it first came out. Well done. That's a deal for sure.

My Mars suffered a broken toe injury during the first transformation.
BBTS was kind enough to send a replacement, but now I have two.
I can send the broken one for just the shipping costs.
Please note that I live in Europe, so US/Canada residents should rather buy a new one.
    PM me for details.
Yes, this is my first post on this forum. I've been quite a lurker since 2019.

    Congrats on a first post!

So anyone here who dropped the $80 to get the pair from BBTS, how does that feel? Are you happy with your purchase?

Well, I did drop $80 to get the pair and now I have three in total. I am definitely happy with my purchase :p
Moreover, I can make some dude/dudette with basic repair skills happy as well.

I'm not unhappy, given the low price, but they're definitely a big step down in quality from my other PX figures.

This. I like both figures and I am content with my purchase. But they pale in comparison to other PX figures like Genesis. Honestly, they feel cheap. So I am glad I got them for “cheap” by 3P standards.

I was curious, so I decided to weigh a few of my figures. I don't own Genesis or Apocalypse and I decided to skip the Insecticons and Caelus to make these comparisons less complicated. This is what I found:
    • Mors and the seekers are 6.6oz each (just under 7). This was really interesting, because I was expecting them to be over 7oz. I think my bias for this particular design was playing into that expectation.
    • Mars and Vejovis are 7.4oz (a little over 7). The plastic may feel different, and I'm not sure what's causing that but the weight is still there for these two. I find them similar in feel to the next two bots on my list.
    • Quirinus and Summanus are 7.6oz. These are the known "finicky" dinobots from the PX line-up with loose limbs and other documented issues.
    • Ascelepius is 8.4oz with all his weapons attached in tank mode.
    • Pluto is 9oz. I was expecting Pluto and Jupiter to have similar metrics. Alas, my initial copy of Pluto arrived broken, so that kind of mars my experience since I had to get a replacement Megatron. The replacement is great though.
    • Jupiter and Charon are 9.6oz. This is another interesting data point. It's curious to see that Prime has a bit more weight than Megatron.
    • Neptune (Sludge) is a chonky dino at 11.6oz.
    • Apollo is 12oz in full Magnus armour.
    • Vulcan (Grimlock is King) matches Apollo at 12oz. No surprise here.

Where did your Ironhide break? I got the pair and both had a broken shoulder assembly.

Even with epoxy it eventually cracks :/ patched it up 3 times and breaks so now it's just on with friction

I just bought the two-pack on discount from BBTS. Coming here and seeing the last few pages though, I'm honestly a bit concerned. Sounds like I'll have to disassemble them to shave some things down, provided they don't show up broken to begin with.
