Holy shit, yes. Can't wait for PX seaker set.

I will enjoy Prime, but I don't see myself getting him.

 

But I just bought the Hasbro FOC seekers a few months ago   . Doesn't mean I can't just sell them and buy the Planet X guys   (even though I think the official ones are pretty solid)

 

I would prefer that they tackle characters who haven't been made yet like Ironhide/Ratchet.

 

I've got a set of the Hasbro ones, and I have every intention of keeping them. Probably going to display them together.

 

I see both of these being good sellers for PX, and I hope they do well so they can fund other characters without existing FOC representation. I'm still hoping for Ironhide.

i feel like Has/Tak nailed the seekers pretty darn well but im curious to see PX's take

Prime, on the otherhand, is something I'm looking forward to. His FoC design isnt my favorite but I think PX's take will be pretty darn cool.

I'd personally love to see Silverbolt [he was a fav jet design of mine] or a properly done Jazz. More Decepticons would be nice though, too.

Although, I will admit that I am rather attached to WfC Optimus. It's going to be rather tough to replace him (unless PX were to make their rendition of him, of course  ). However, despite voyager sized, Second Chance just got the serious competition gauntlet thrown at them on FoC Optimus!!


Regarding FoC Starscream though .... *takes a look at the FoC Dinobots as reference* ..... yeah, good by HasTak HELLO PX!!

Damn, I may get an FOC Prime in scale with WFC Megatron after all.

I hope that they don't waste time and talent making an FOC Megatron though. Nothing about that design needs immortalizing in plastic.

 

I feel there's nothing wrong with WFC Optimus. A pretty cool figure. I wouldn't mind Megatron though because the Takara one is so expensive anyways.

 

Nice, I needed a new Starscream. Mine came with his knees fused in place. Ended up damaging it when I attempted to bend it.

I understand the sentiment, their track record in that department is pretty good. Before this announcement, Vulcun is their only release/announcement that didn't tackle undone characters. I'm willing to give them a break for a couple money grabs, ESPECIALLY if it funds Trypticon *Crosses fingers*.

Maybe they can be generic seekers in PX Starscream's army.

How about a new WFC Megatron?

Even if there is nothing "wrong" with it, I would still be interested to see how PX would top it.

 

Seems kind of pointless. The FoC Starscrean mold is pretty good as is and Second Chance already has a spot on looking prototype of Prime. Besides that this gives them a pretty small release window, the kind of rushing that damaged Summanus.

Why not do some of the designs that didnt get figures like FoC Megatron or Bombshell?

 

What do people think of a Triple Changer Soundwave?

And I did just think of one thing PX may be able to add to the Seekers. In jet mode whether you are using the boosters or not the jet shifts a little. They could add that to it.

 

The FOC prime we have now scales pretty well with the Dino's. Can't see why they would make him or starsream their next projects. Even the FOC shockwave looks great.

I think they're gonna find the market for characters that are already in pretty good shape is sparse

 

Wow, before mid 2016?? So these 2 plus Perceptor in the next 6 months? That's insane.

Yea, I'd much rather see Ironhide or Warpath. Bumblebee wouldn't be bad since his WFC toy is too big and bulky to fit in with the rest of his buddies.

 

The more the merrier. Planet X already has a proven track record. I like their aesthetic. This is their thing to do and they are killing it. I'm sure they will get around to the other figures.

Is just fine   I love coming onto the TF World boards at like 3am, because that is when all the news about new figures gets released. Looks like a good start to 2016

 

Which will tower over Megatron and be roughly the same height as Grimlock.

 

I hope they tackle FOC Bruticus second half of 2016.
