Allright 2005Board buddies, I need some help. Whats a good place online to purchase and have flowers delivered to someone a state or two away?
Ok and the next point, if anyone even knows about em? Hows the quality, because I cant really be caught just sending any old crappy flowers to her. No, that would be bad.
I'll second them. Just don't ask them NOT to use a particular florist. A woman I was sending flowers to worked for one florist and I didn't want her shop getting the order (so they'd be a surprise for her). Well, her shop got the order. Of course, that was also in like 1998 so things may have changed since then.
I dunno, have some chocolates and flowers sent to my house first. Then I will let you know if they were good or not.
Youre funny...Trying to take advantage of my generosity. Although I suspect chocolate quality does not necessarily reflect flower quality So I suspect you will want some of those then too?
Buy the flowers yourself and send them to her via Express Mail, then when it arrives after noon you can get your money back.
whoops shoulda read, you did say "and flowers". Sh!t I am really gonna be set back a chunk of change for a decent bouquet. I might be wanting to try and get my money back.
If you go to www.proflowers.com and click on the microphone in the corner, you can enter the code "madden" to receive a free glass vase with your purchase. Huh, I haven't heard those promos in awhile but it still works. I have no idea how good the site is, all I remember is the radio ads.
you may want to Google the name of the city the recipient lives in and "flowers". Pending the city size, you may find some local florists with online stores.
^^ Or, you might just be able to call a local florist and have them delivered, without any extra charges.
i been thinking thats the best idea...but the thing with the local florist with no site...i dont have a way to see what im buying. Plus she likes frogs and all these sites are teddy bear this, teddy bear that
My first pic is Teleflora.com. 1800flowers.com second. Basically, I send my gf flowers around once a month and 1800flowers sends a corporate box which gets tacky. teleflora sends nicer boxes.
