Sorry for the horrible low-content thread, but I was curious if I am screwed. My wife got me a Knight Morpher Screecher from BBTS for Christmas, but couldn't wait and gave it to me last night. Unfortunately, it has a piece missing: Has anyone had this problem (or something similar)? Do you think BBTS will be able to send a replacement part? My wife feels horrible and I want to be able to tell her it's going to be fine. Err, my wife's not insane, there are just a few post-partum hormones kicking around...
If BBTS can't provide you with the missing part, they'll just ask that you send the figure back for a replacement. It's that simple.
just contact bbts, have the order number to reference. i am sure you will be able to exchange for a replacement. i have before so it should be ok.
