that ting is sexy, it takes the best deluxe mold we ever got (Drift) and makes it awesomer, man i can not wait to get that

IDW BLURR FOR THE WIN!

 

I don't think this looks as good as it should, but Blur was never a big deal to me, so I'm not hugely upset about it.

Anyway, this is just the earth version. I suppose if Classics lasts in some form for another couple years, they may yet have an opportunity to do a super sleek Cybertronian version of Blurr as an original mold.

sorry, Drift most definitely is not the best deluxe mold we ever got. It just isn't.

 

I canceled my pre order on Blurr since I am not a very big fan of the mold.

 

I like the Cybertron version of Blurr more.

 

I'm not sure how you explain the love for Drift then...he's directly connected with G1 circa the late 2000s.  

CHUG is my favorite meta-line (the movie lines being a close second) but I don't buy ones that don't satisfy me. I mean, I'll grant you that I bought Galvatron for his character and not his mold, but I'd be amazed if this was not a rather typical action for a Transformers fan. Character matters.

Sorry, I mean, I haven't an independent thought in my head really.

I like the head sculpt/guns and design without the spoiler, but I dislike the use of colors.

This beats out any other Blurr mold other than Animated. The G1 design was pretty ass, and Armada was a kibble brick.

 

Looking forward to it. Sure it's not 100000000% Geewun Blurr but you can tell who it's supposed to be. About time Blurr got a decent earth mode too.

It doesn't hurt the mold is fantastic, either.

Edit: And agreed, those poses in the pics aren't good at all. The shoulder articulation is MUCH better than converyed there.

 

I want to meet whoever thought giving a sniper rifle to the one guy who can neither be still or shut up was a good idea. I'd imagine he'd advocate swords for quadriplegics.

 

The guy who made a RoTF talking helmet out of the one character in the movie who couldn't speak (Bee).

 

I see wut u did but it was just hypothetical maing. I want the toy as is. I'm sure they could have done some blue paint apps on the chest if they'd wanted though.

I think he looks good, but I really want to see him with the arm kibble going vertical like Animated Blurr, and with his holsters pointed straight back. That's how I plan on displaying him

I think this guy's only issue with the black is that the bright blue joints on either side look jarring (to exaggerate) maybe.

He's also probably the type to be really picky about colors, but tends to like the toys anyway.

 

Blurr's sniper rifle is SO going to Perceptor when I get him.

 

Oooohh....that's not a bad idea at all. Hopefully we will get some Targetmaster love soon for Blurr too.
