Could somebody apply G1 Gears's colors to Armada Smokescreen?

For a kitbash project I'm working on.

I took an intial glance at it and didn't care for it much, but the more I look at it, the more I see it is very close to G1 Gears, very impressive, but maybe adding some more detailing colouring on parts would improve it a bit

 

Here's my go at Armada Gears. I tried to mimic the Gears look without compromising the colour scheme of the vehicle mode.

Didn't really do anything to Liftor, although a matching Mini-Con for him might not be a bad idea...

 

Yeah! Thanks guys, Lazerbeak has what I was thinking of in terms of pattern, but Reactor is a little closer with the blue.

Confirms what I thought though. Arm Smokescreen is more Gears than Grapple. You can just see that blunt head spouting fountains of cynacism.

Hey Lazerbeak, Maybe you should 'chop Liftor with Black Spiderman's colors
