With the second season coming, I thought it would be best to start a petition for more seasons. The thing that we fans hate most of all is to have a television series end just it was about to get good, Most Companies ignore the cries of the fans but Hasbro does everything in it's power to keep the fans satisfied by reading comments on the fansites and there will be no doubt that they'll renew transew transformers with several new seasons.

Just write that you want Transformers Prime to continue on from the second season and why you want it to be renewed for several seasons.

 

Really? When Season two is just beginning, there is a need to petition for 4 more seasons? Calm down...

 

I don't really see why we need a petition. Prime's not in any real danger right now; TF4 is far away and we're starting another season in less than three days.

 

I'm pretty sure they're already working on season 3 by this point and doing some prelim stuff for season 4...

 

Season 3's already been confirmed. And we REALLY don't need a petition right now for another three bloody seasons after that.

 

Yeah, I don't see the point of petitioning for that many seasons.

We'll just have to see how it does for now and see how many seasons we'll have (but I would like at least four).

 

I would like a good number of seasons but after what happened with the X-Files, I don't want extra seasons just because we want it.

Hear me out: If the story is great and it concludes after 5 seasons, I don't want the writers being forced to write another 3+ seasons because of us. That'll make things worse and I think the last thing any Transformer fan wants is to remember a great show ending poorly because of rushed writing to add more to a story that has already tied up all the important and loose ends.

 

I don't think we need to worry we're good for a while. It's Tf4 we got to be concerned of.

Yeah, as if that's going to happen. I'm expecting three seasons max before the show ends.

 

I bet it's going to last four seasons or more anyway. I doubt the movie is going to kill it, as Prime ran through DOTM with no trouble.

 

Season 2 hasn't even started yet, and from what I've been hearing, Season 3 is close to being greenlit, if it hasn't already.

If they can progress multiple seasons and still tell a great story, than by all means do it. But if they feel the story of Prime has run its course and pursuing it further would result in bad storytelling, then the answer is pretty obvious.

We all know what happened to Heroes. I would prefer Prime don't go that route.

 

Trust me mate I want Prime to have a long and healty run as much as the next joe but this is too early for petitions to occuer. The writers said they are currently making Season 3 and perhaps have ideas for Season 4 so Prime's good for now.

Nowif it was REALLY in a tight spot THEN make petitions.

TFP will get stale and boring before it reaches season 4. End of story.

How do you know that? For all we know TFP could be still strong to that point! There are shows that have reached that level, Prime can do the same thing too. Again it's too early to tell.

It's like people forget about G1 in this case... You remember season 3? The one that started after the movie killed all the characters? Hell they had to bring Prime back just to try and revive the show, but the damage was done.

A petition? Really?

 

Really? Season 2 hasn't even started yet (not to mention that the show will probably jump the shark or something if it gets to Season 6).

 

There's nothing to worry about for at least 2 years. Hasbro isn't going to cancel Prime when they literally just released the toyline.
