Is it just narration, receiving and message from Optimus, or face to face?

 

Dont get your hopes up, it will most likely just be a cameo.

I hope we find out beefore the movie comes out.

 

Neat! Not expecting much though. Narration and maybe a small cameo of some kind.

 

I would say there will be a flashback scene to "the war," and we see Optimus and Bumblebee in battle together. Which will be pretty cool, until we notice that they have their earth modes.

If Megatron is in this movie, he'll be under Hoover Dam in stasis unless it's a flashback scene. I could also flashback scenes with OP.

 

Well it's a start. It still would be amazing for Cullen to be a Propane Salesman also considering of his love for being a cowboy and Pamela Aldon in it.

 

I love Prime but I want his presence to be minimal in this movie. Like two scenes tops.

 

Megatron was frozen and the Decepticons haven't yet located him. Keep in mind that Welker also voices Soundwave, who was confirmed in DOTM to have been on earth since the 70's. Soundwave would actually be the perfect villain for the Bumblebee movie, so it's more likely Welker will be voicing him.
