So Hasbro is making one too, but it's a Deluxe class figure.

Yeah, but if Hasbro's figure is Deluxe class, I have no idea how it's going to combine in any meaningful way with a Leader class figure.

Oh, I'm sure the Perfect Effect toy will be nicer, but probably x5+ the price. Im glad Hasbro is realizing that if they can't put everything in one box because of part count limits, they can release add-on kits!

Also, I cannot tell i the Perfect Effect toy has an individual robot mode. It just looks like a trailer/armor-up.

 

I wonder if this could be retooled to make ultra magnus in Ambus Maximus or what ever the new comic upgrade was called.

The question is will it just be a trailer that turns into add-on armor for TR Prime or if it'll be a full bad-ass God Bomber figure.

I suppose I'm in no matter what. I hope it comes with some filler bits for Prime's uber hollow arms.

I just knew a 3P would do this, and it won't be long before other 3Ps are making their own versions. These companies are sophisticated enough to make Apex Armor that can transform into godGinrai armor and add-on weaponry & towers for the Base-mode, anything less would be cheating their own skills. So far, this looks good, but pics of all it's functionality are needed. This is likely to be near the $100.00 mark I guess, oh well.

Still, I wonder if Takara will make a proper godBomber of their own. Perhaps a Voyager-sized version would suffice? Until this report, I never knew Hasbro might be planning a Deluxe version, it sounds interesting but too small. I hope theirs doesn't disappoint as their stuff has a tendency of being underwhelming (like hollowness, & lack of paint, etc., etc. ad nauseam)

 

Got excited, but it turns out to be Apex Armor and not a replacement cab that actually transforms...

 

Can't wait, hopefully it will transform into a bot by itself like Godbomber did

 

I did mention the leak on the first page of Iron Apex. He's a Deluxe.

 

Give it time. Hasbro - they make great/cheap frames for us to hang our third party upgrades on!

I did not miss that Scaleface, but you wrote on that list that the Deluxe was from Hasbro, so I'm still hoping that Takara might do something bigger & better. At least it is a possibility.( I do try to read posts thoroughly, generally speaking.)  

 

The toy isn't out yet, even... how can they make an upgrade without knowing the parameters?

I can live without this, to be honest while I like Ginrai, the God mode of him looks just silly with the giant feet and hand-extensions.
