The Zoid influences are really obvious. Almost wish this had been a garage kit like a lot of Zoids toys are...

 

Do you mean a model kit? As in a plastic model kit (which most Zoids products are)? Because most "garage kits" are actually made of resin and require a fairly high degree of expertise to put together. On top of that, you can't really...play with resin like you can a plastic item.

 

To paraphrase the Penguin in Batman Returns: "All you need is a little super glue and a lot of patience".

 

I'm noticing Lio Convoy has blasters on the end of his tail-whip. Yet another addition to his armaments.

so I just got mine... and it's simply beautiful! I love the metallic blue they used for the head!

Also, the left elbow on mine is kinda loose, but nothing a little future can't fix.

 

What kind of joint is it that's loose? A hinge joint or a ball?

it's the elbow hinge. and unfortunately, no visible screws as far as i know.

All ball joints are mighty tight on this dude.

 

Wonder why they went with ball joints on the hips? They usually spell trouble on larger, heavier figures.
