I don't see the orange horns in the headmasters robot mode.

I already made a thread for this ages ago but ooooh well nice to have it fully confirmed now.  

 

They are visible under the elbows in the bot mode pic. They could hinder arm movement in an annoying way.

 

Oh yes!!! If its bigger than Warden, its gonna be around $180?

Yeah they at least changed the shoulder guns and added treads, but everything else is just a blacked in version of my art.

Which also means they don't have a 3D model or original concept to back up their silhouette I'm guessing.

 

And another must buy........sigh.

hmmm, that definitely is the same art work. The details of the legs and shoulders are give aways. Is this just your own custom work not used for anything else?

They seem to be at the back of the arms. Look at the left hand.

 

That is interesting indeed. I know something similar has come up in the past (Sixshot box art I believe). Not sure what came of it. Will be interesting to see what the actual toy design looks like. Just checked out some of your work, impressive. Hope you follow up on this and keep us posted

 

I'm sure they just wanted to throw together a lazy/quick tease since their actual 3d model/prototype isn't ready for showing yet and your drawing has gotten around on the internet a lot since its always in the top results for googling scorp pics.

Given their head design is very different to yours I doubt they've simply ripped off your specific design for the main figure itself.

 

Be that as it may, its still plagiarism, at the very least its rude and they could have contacted me and asked permission, who knows I may have granted it.

Other than rude and inconsiderate, plagiarism is still illegal. So there's that.

 

and it will be cheaper than trying to get the Botcon version,
