I went to the TRU Outlet in Limerick today, hoping maybe I'd find something, but left empty-handed. I am dying to snag a Rodimus to add to my dedicated Hot Rod collection. If anyone finds one in Montco, Willow Grove, etc and can hide one for me, PM me, please. That or if anyone buys an extra, I'll gladly meet up and buy it from you.

Anyway, prices on TFs were good at the outlet (33% off) and they have the first wave of HTFD, some Generations (noticed Drift at least), and a lone HA 'Bee if anyone wants one on the semi-cheap.

 

Whatever animated Roddy's and Ironhide's Oxford Valley TRU may've had, they were cleaned out by the time I got there. Still about 8 Grimlocks on a front end cap, though.

 

Found and went to the Walmart in Norristown PA (on 363). Nothing interesting.

 

It looks like the store locator at toysrus.com now has a setting for TRU Express.

 

The TFA were all gone as of last night at 5:00 pm

 

 

Is the King of Prussia TRU that was closed for remodeling open yet? I live far away, but I do go past it to my cousin's football games, which starts soon.

I grabbed the last Animated Ironhide at Washington, PA TRU. Roddy was already gone.

 

I was kinda hoping I'd read more WFC Megs & Soundwave sightings.

My only recent stop was OVM Target last night around 8:30--not a damn thing (one Jazz if that's still considered sightings worthy).

 

Warminster Wal*Mart (as of 3:00)- a HA Jazz, nothing else noteworthy.

Hatboro TRU (as of 2:30) nada, no more Grimlocks, nothing else new.

 

Hey, someone else actually went there besides me for once.

Hmm. Does anyone think I could get at least an Animated Rodimus for 2 spare RotF Bruticus limbs? I won't be needing them once my FP set gets in, though I'm not sure which ones I'll want to keep. I doubt I'll end up keeping bother sets of original limbs.

 

Expecting TFA Rodimus and Ironhide in the mail today from toysrus.com. Keeping a lookout for WfC Megatron and Soundwave, plus Darkmount. When are we supposed to see Breacher?

 

Stopped by Wilkes-Barre TRU today before class, but nothing really noteworthy there. No sign of the Rampage in the Ruins set yet.

Oh, and I didn't see anything about 30% off any Transformers like some people were saying. Was that just last week or something?

 

I think that was/is just in the TRU express locations.

Scoped out the Lancaster Toys R' Us around 10am. Nothing. Asked them to check the item number that corresponds to Transformers Animated Rodimus and Ironhide. Nothing in the back. Asked them to check some other nearby stores, and got a result! Exton had some.

Called Exton, described Rodimus, and the lady went to check. About 10 minutes later she came back and said she found one. Asked her about Ironhide...said there was one, and she remarked about how odd it was that two people would call about the same items at the same exact time...but because I was first by about 10 seconds, I got Rodimus.

Turned out to be BWDinobot...who placed the only other new figure (another Animated Ironhide) on hold.

Drove on down there, and snagged the three figures for us...and checked the toy aisle. Nothing. Feeling bad for snagging the only Rodimus, I asked them to double-check the back. They said that there was 6 out. Odd. Minus my three...another three should remain. I started checking the toy aisle, and my gut said check the AT-AT walker again...(where I found a MP Grimlock hidden last time) and BEHOLD!

3 extra Rodimus figures, 3 Breachers, 3 Oilpans, and 3 Insecticons! So I either stumbled upon a philanthopists stockpile...or those were again intended for someone else. I bought all of them for the Lancaster crew. Sorry!

Checked the nearby Target, and they had all of the new wave of the Pursuit of Cobra figures...scored three of each for the Lancaster crew. Hit the other Target as well, and snagged 4 more Jungle Vipers for Maximus Prime who is gonna army build them.

Overall...a very successful trip, and I'm glad that the search for the Animated figures has ended and that I was able to hook everyone up.

Came home to 12 boxes for the Double Your Action Transformers giveaway! 36 free deluxes! Awesome!

South Philly TRU had one Voyager BB Prime (bought that shit), they have one Banzaitron, and one Grimlock as of 2:00. South Philly Target doesn't have anything.
