Went to Chambersburg Target yesterday. Shelves are nearly empty.

 

The other day Cheltenham Target only had two Red Cog's remaining and nothing else. So I think it's safe to predict that Leader wave 3 will eventually appear and end up shelfwarming for the next 2 months at Target. Walmart will still be overstocked with wave 1 V500's, SS Soundwave's and exclusive BW bug bots...

 

Chambersburg Target has 3 Rumble and 3 Pink Bumblebee. Nothing else besides that.

 

Target in Dickson City had three MPM Blackouts on the shelf at $82.99. One came home with me, but I'll be returning it to the Wilkes-Barre store with an old receipt, so...

Honestly, if any of you are on the fence about him, that's a steal for that price. One of the better MPMs they've made.

Aside from that, they had one SS Galvatron, still a metric fuck ton of Coronation Starscreams, one Red Cog, and one other figure I didn't really look at. Slammer, maybe? Forget the name.

DC Walmart has a bunch of retro Wolfangs and Retrax, also a shit ton of Coronation Starscreams, and a bunch of Sludge (the Brachiosaurus Dinobot, right?), Plus a bunch of the Legacy BW repaints.

 

I picked up the last Minerva from chambersburg Walgreens tonight. Also went the chambersburg wal mart and saw a clampdown on the top so someone must have got a cosmos there recently so he’s still out there

 

Walgreens at Dekalb Pike and Townshipline Road by East Norriton has like 7 Minervas in the seasonal section. They're tagged clearance and ring up at $14.99

If anyone would be willing to help me out and ship one, I’ve been trying to find a Minerva for weeks. No luck as the lancaster area only has 1 Walgreens. They never seem to stock the exclusives.

 

Not sure if anyone has seen these at retail before, but I found the Transformers X Street Fighter packs at the Target in central Lancaster.

How? He has the receipt from when he originally bought it. Honestly, depending on how old the receipt is, Target could just do a price adjustment to match the sale price. Happens all the time

 

I know the math, I know it equals out to a neutral transaction on paper, but if I buy something when its new and pay full price, why am I entitled to a lower price if it goes on sale later?

If it’s totally above board, just take the old receipt down, explain the situation, and if Target wants to do a price adjustment then that’s on them. However, buying a new one just to “return” it to a totally different store, all under the guise of an old receipt/previous transaction, seems a bit, well, shady. Let’s face it, the implication is that without the 2nd transaction, the odds of any adjustment/credit for the original transaction are essentially nil. If the reductions/adjustments could stand under their own merits then the 2nd transaction wouldn’t be necessary.

 

At least he’s returning the actual figure and not putting a rock inside the box. That already happened to me a few times with figures this year. If he’s doing it to get a better price and the system can’t catch it then its his win. Even I’ve done it from time to time.

 

Washington Walgreens has 3 kingdom red alert in stock.

They're not showing as in stock on the website though, you need to go in to buy it.

They had no Minerva. They did have 2 of the old exclusive sideswipes, and a shockwave I didn't recognize and wish I'd have grabbed a picture of. It was in the same style packaging as the sideswipes.

 

Not to further derail the thread, but it's really not. As far as the store knows, they're getting back the exact same item that was bought with the original receipt. If I really wanted to, I could even buy a new one at the sale price and return the original one I bought, open package and all, and I'd be well within my rights, but I'm giving them back a brand new one. The only reason I do it this way is because it's honestly simpler than trying to explain the situation:
"Hi, I have a return."
"Anything wrong with it?"
"Nope, not even opened."
"Cool, here's your refund."

I hope the Screamers are still there today. Conveniently I have some errands in that area...

Still nothing at pleasant hills and homestead Walgreens. If anyone around there finds a minerva I’m dying to get one. East pa is getting them apparently according to reports here.
