Is it a safe bet some of those slags are still there? Or was the supply consumed by the pent up demand? I’d take a quick ride up that way if he’s still hangin around.

Ugh, drove all the way up to Dickson City because Brickseek said Walmart had 6+ of the Infinity Saga Captain America, and got there to find nothing on the shelf. Asked two different employees and they couldn't even bring them up on their scanners for some reason, so they assumed they didn't have them. I hate that Walmart no longer lets you see what stores have things in stock through the app.

Transformers-wise, they had 5 SS Scavengers and a couple of the Kingdom skeleton dude, and that was about it.

Target next door had a few of the Bee two-packs and several Eternals MLs. Also had an entire peg full of Mobius. There were clearance pegs for IS Thor, Odin, and Iron Man, but nothing on them. I'm honestly curious if they ever even had them.

This is genuine curiosity, zero bad intent here: Does collecting more than 1 line/series/thing make it better or worse?

On the one hand, you have increased odds of finding something you like, for at least one of the things you collect, but there’s also the potential for double the frustration when you can’t find something for multiple collections. What’s your experience been?

Butler Walmart has an unbelievable amount of toys on their shelves. 8 each Slug and Grindor. Lots of the new Jurassic World waves. I was astounded. Lego aisle is fully packed as well.

It's a mixed bag, really. For me, it can get overwhelming trying to keep track of all of what I have. It is nice to have a sort of "backup" when you can't get what you want from one line, but more often than not (especially living in the retail black hole of NEPA), it's double frustration.

Monaca Target had 4 of the Worlds Collide pack when I was there a few hours ago. The Walmart had the reissues of Cheetor and Rattrap. I'm personally on the hunt for SS Slag if anyone else in this area spots them.

    Nothing really of note
I did take a Worlds Collide set though
    Walmart might be next
Edit: also, if you spend 50 bucks on toys at Target now through the 16th, you get 10 dollars off. 100 = 25

As of noon Saturday, double those Grindor and Slug numbers!

(From Rochester NY, went to a festival near Philly, Slug was so hard to find for so long that I made the side trip because of your report - ended up not getting him, but thanks!!! :thumb  )

I live in the same area, and I too collect multiple lines. It can get frustrating, since most of the time I find nothing I am looking for, but just last week I found Waspinator and a NECA Jason Vorhees from F13 Part 7, so sweet victory and can't lie, store finds do feel more victorious.

I am pretty much done with Marvel Legends, just too many to collect, I cherry pick movie figured, but mainly stick with comic appearance figures. This is how I keep myself limited or otherwise I would have no room in my home.

My goal is to retire... eventually. Only because prices do keep going up, and I would like to have money for family vacations and whatnot. I am also a father to 7 children, so I do have to maintain a budget. To my credit, I do not use credit to buy my figures, I have in the past and got into hot water. Now I maintain a budget and plan ahead. I currently collect Transformers G1, MOTU, G.I.Joe Classified, DC McFarlane, Spawn, Various NECA figures, Doctor Who, the occasional wrestling figure either WWE or AEW, and Power Rangers Lightning Collection... which is probably the easiest line to collect. I have every single Hasbro Power Ranger released so far including all exclusives.

Still, most of the time it's a wasteland finding good figures, and naturally the ones I do want are a scalpers wet dream. Thank the good lord for pre-orders.
