    Willow Grove Walmart
Transformers moved a bit. Same aisle, just closer to the racetrack.
1 Galvatron (unsure of shoulders) and Ultra Magnus
1 Rodimus left. The one I bought rang up $79.97

Quantity of 1 Rodimus at the Hatfield Walmart. Put in the order got canceled. I think someone bought it off the floor before they can even pick it.

Wilkes-Barre Ollie's has a bunch of SS Hot Rod, Arcees, a few Soundwaves. No Roadbuster or Cliffjumper, though.

They also have a bunch of ML Gambit, 80th Wolverine and Invincible Iron Man, a couple of Daggers, and the Punisher War Machine.

    You sir, ROCK.
Took a chance and ran over and low and behold, the Rodimus was still there despite online saying “sold out.”
Gotta love getting it at the cheaper price.

And the Galvatron is the low-shoulder version.

No problem. Glad it ended up being snagged by someone who isn't going to scalp it. Really wasn't expecting to find it today. I took an obligatory look in the aisle while I was picking up a couple other things.

As for the Galvatron, I can never tell from just looking and didn't really have time to fish up a proper comparison picture.

Congrats on winning the rodimus lottery.
Always nice when there is more than one winner.
As a extra prize, here is a transformation hint.
When you get to picture 15 of instructions, moving chest/head into position, take the grey slot and snap it into black tab as seen below
    20210811_161614.jpg
You'll find this step is not shown.
It took me 20 minutes and rewatching prime-vs-primes review to get this.
If you don't get this snapped together right, the chest won't seat properly.
    Enjoy.
    Great fig!

That was the pic I used back when I first saw and acquired my Galvatron. I stopped keeping it handy after that because I personally didn't need it anymore. That and even with the reference I was still having difficulty determining if my example was good or not. Blindy O'sightless and all that.

As for the Rodimus transformation, thanks for showing what specifically happens there. When first transforming mine, I did notice the chest didn't want to seat together right initially. Some random fiddling got it to work, but I didn't look close to see exactly what tabbed into place. Wasn't worried about it for the moment since it's now on the shelf next to SS86 Hot Rod.

I’m not sure there’s such a thing as an “incorrectly assembled” Galvatron. The Kingdom Galvatron is 100% animation accurate. Look up some screen shots, his shoulders are just low. I think Hasbro switched it up mid-production because people were freaking out over it. Just my 2 cents, of course.

No, its misassembled. They acknowledged it when showing off grey galvatron. They specifically said its assembled correctly on him.
The details line up correctly and the top of his shoulder if assembled correctly.

I hear ya. Just sayin, pic is worth 1,000 words. Attached one here for folks. I could easily imagine them saying “Crap, people are mocking it and it’s not even shipped yet! Let’s blame this on an error and change it up now if we ever hope to unload these things.” I suppose only Hasbro will ever truly know…

No man. Quit trying to be "right" when it was explained. Even the directions show it correctly assembled.
By that you're saying the second galvatron is misassembled, or the first is.
Its corrected in galvatron 2 and later galvatrons

Do forgive me for questioning the official narrative, as it appears that my proposing an alternative theory to the official orthodoxy has irritated you in some way and that was certainly not the intention.

The theory is not without some evidence, however. I know what the kingdom animation Galvatron looks like (you saw the screen shot). I know what the animated version of Galvatron looked like in Earthrise (that would be the picture here. Them shoulder chariots are certainly swinging low) and I know Hasbro takes pains to make their WFC figures screen accurate (right down to the battle damage). I’m simply hypothesizing that they did what they’ve been doing, modeling the figure on the animation, people didn’t like it when the first pics were released, and they concocted a story after the fact to save face. It’s simply a theory, albeit one based on some admittedly circumstantial evidence and a small dash of critical thinking, nothing more. You and anyone else are entitled to your own take. Freedom is the right of all sentient beings, after all.
