The Chambersburg Walgreens is loaded with those over priced Deluxes. It's nice seeing Scourge and Blurry at retail, but seriously, these were clearanced everywhere else ages ago.

A lone Rippersnapper, nothing else from wave 2.

Waynesboro Walmart had wave two voyagers. I bought Elita-1, someone else made out with (or successfully hid) Hun-Gurr.

Well, I honestly wished I liked it more than I do. It just isn't a good action figure. It looks awesome in bot mode just standing there, but loses points when posed due to the obnoxious hip armor and odd elbow joints, and the dino mode is just a gappy mess.
Basically, I'm having some pretty heavy buyer's remorse. It's also what's keeping me from buying Blackout (reviews don't make it look like a good figure), and most of the Studio Series aside from Megatron and maybe Lockdown. The rest do absolutely nothing for me.

The one they originally released or the 1984 one? I have the "legendary" one they originally released for sale

Wilkes-Barre TRU had about 8 or so Studio Series Thundercrackers. Of course they're getting in every exclusive the last couple of weeks except the one I need...

    Sunnova...
I asked about that figure at the Hagerstown TrU, and they don't even show it in the system or at the warehouse.
Yeah, I've pretty much given up on getting one.

If they're still there next time I stop, I could nab you one for cost plus shipping. He looks cool, actually, but since I've already got Nitro, and I'm not one for many off-screen characters...

That’s a shame.. though I have a feeling I’ll like grimlock. I mean, it HAS to be a step up from the voyager and especially the previous leader.

As for blackout.. I think it’s quite nice for a 2018 hasbro leader class figure. It absolutely destroys the ‘07 voyager mold.

My biggest complaint with blackout is that I wish his robot mode was larger.

I would LOVE to see what a masterpiece version would look like. It also makes me wonder how a leader class bonecrusher would turn out.

I hope you do like Grimlock. It is definitely more impressive than the previous Leader, but isn't as good of an action figure. The old Leader had better articulation and a weapon, but the new one is just downright better looking in both modes, gappy dino mode not withstanding. If you just plan on displaying it with other movie figures, it will be perfect.

My daughter wanted to go to the big Books A Million in York, so we took a road trip Saturday.
    Gettysburg Walmart- nothing.
York TrU- nothing new TF-wise. Just the same old same old that other stores have.
    York Target- nothing new.
