    Lemon Chicken is a tried and true staple. I hope the guy or gal that created that one is still kickin around.

    Theres a fantastic Netflix documentary on General Tso's chicken. The dish sure did evolve over time to become the famous version it is today!

    The chef certainly left behind a legacy!
